This is the first time I have used the company. The need was for a delivery of salt. Initial phone contact was pleasant and helpful. The price which included delivery was highly competitive. Delivery was timely and efficient. I will certainly buy salt again and probably use the company for any servicing needs. Recommended.

Excellent service delivery man very pleasant all good ! usually I collect 1 25kg salt bag but as delivery is available due to covid-19 went down the delivery route of 5 bags which will save me time money and my back ! I would add a txt on the day of delivery would give you a gold star lol!!

Kinetic water softener. We contacted them and arranged a survey where we had our options and questions explained and answered clearly. There was no hard sales pitch as we’ve had with other companies. The installation went on time and was flexible around our house build schedule. The engineer was friendly, polite, didn’t leave any mess at all, and carried out the installation very well with minimum disruption to our household.

We are using much more salt than with the previous model, which was run by electricity. Disappointing as we were expecting a new model with the latest technology would actually mean we would use less salt.
