United Kingdom | 16 January 2025the guy taking my renewal was good and to the point,exactly what i wanted as this was a renewal. The policy is good and i have been with the company for a few years. What i do not like is the constant phone calls to renew. I received my new quote at the end of the december. For 3 times a day until i renewed yesterday, the phone kept ringing. Now, policy was due at the end of January. I am an adult and do not need constant badgering to renew. The thing is last year i told the company about this but they still keep doing it,not very professional.

Lancaster accepted the individual NCD accumulated for those two cars. The price for a Multi Car Insurance was very competitive and the service was excellent.
