Faultless. Can't thank the team enough especially Erica. From the moment I reached out, she took the time and energy to listen to my questions, comments and concerns and if she didn't know the answer she got an engineer to call me back and THEY ACTUALLY DID. Then to top it off, Erica follow up with me via email to ensure I was satisfied with the answer. Having reached out to numerous suppliers (7/8 total) the service I received from Erica was 2nd to none. The engineers that came on sight were very professional and clean and now I have a perfectly working Aircon unit with little to no clean up and all done to the high standard expected. Would recommend 100% of the time. Given my outreach to 7/8 different suppliers I can say without doubt they are extremely competively priced but how they managed me as a client makes them great Value for money.

The team get the job done! On-site survey booked within a week, then the installation took place the week after. Office staff super nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Installation engineers are very professional and knowledgeable. The whole installation took only 3 hours and no mess was left in my flat! The job is beautifully done both inside and outside. Now I can’t wait for the summer! If you live in a new flat building and want to have cool summer, this is the company to go to. In the midst of the heatwave CapCool were there. I found them on the internet with no referral from a friend. The entire process from when my call was answered to the complete installation was effortless. Everything was taken care of and everything was clean when they left. I could then switch on the unit and relax. Wonderful.

I was really nervous about the size of the unit and the aesthetic disruption to my house, but they took on board my concerns and eventually, we found the right unit for me. I’d also like to point out that my house was spotless after they’d finished the installation - you wouldn’t have known they’d been there - which has to be a first for any kind of building work!
