Amazing service. I’ve had 5 air conditioners installed by them. Clean installation and always advise the best unit not just for current use but any future plans we had. We recently decided to get some air-con for home as our loft bedroom in particular gets incredibly hot in the summer months. Capcool was the first company we approached to survey and quote. I was thoroughly impressed with the prompt and detailed communication from the outset. Erica was hugely helpful in liasing with the engineering team. We initially submitted photos and Erica and team were able to offer options which were then fine tuned with a site visit by Mohammed who was again very knowledgable and able to offer more advice prior to final choices being made. Installation was within 1 week which again was brilliant and happened quickly and cleanly. Two engineers brought all the euipment in, including their own vacume and floor coverings and quickly got to work. Really good work and great service all round. I have no hesitation recommending Capcool for air conditioning services.

Excellent service all round for several reasons 1. Extremely professional and polite to deal with ( that goes a long way for me) 2. Erica and the team were super flexible with my dates as we were not sure the exact point in our building works to install the aircon. Erica and the team also explained this to me in detail 3. On site, the CapCool guys were extremely knowledge and professional, explaining the processes and devices to me. They were tidy workers and were even able to give me some professional guidance on the benefits of aircon (hot/cold) over having a radiator fitted in our loft. Fahan, Adnan, Imran and Ibreham worked for us for four days to install the three multi-units for six rooms of different sizes. Farhan is very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about air conditioning and was happy to explain any queries and provided guidance according to our needs. The quote received was competitive and very reasonable. Subsequent changes to our requirements were promptly explained whilst providing neatest solution rather than making their installers life easy. Our team of installer were: Adnan, Imran and assistant Ibrahim – absolutely brilliant team. Highly impressed with the neat trunking installed externally and in the two back rooms in order to install the internal units in the front rooms of the house and placing the external units at the back. The team were exceptionally courteous, tidy and careful when undertaking the work for our new ac system and constantly cleaning at each stage. The service had been first class from the moment I had made an enquiry, a site visit was arranged in which the engineer had assessed the best place to install the air conditioning unit, speaking and arranging access with our neighbour below before the work was scheduled to commence. On the day of the installation I had accidentally provided an incorrect address, however this was not a problem and the team had arrived at the correct address to install the air conditioning unit. The engineers were prompt, efficient, helpful and understanding, the quality of work was second to none and we now have a much cooler room as a result, a special thanks goes to Erica for handling all my queries and to the engineers for their outstanding work.
