The team at Capcool we’re brilliant. I needed split a/c units in two of my bedrooms, and the loft bedroom had limitations in terms of placement. The team recommended a modern unit which would mount on the wall under the skylight opening and didn’t require any visible ducts in the room. The other businesses that provided quotes said the only way to install in the loft bedroom was to run horrible looking conduits along the inside wall. Hats off to the Capcool team for listening to my needs and recommending the perfect fit. The loft unit took a while to get from Panasonic, but once it arrived the team called to arrange installation the next day. The installation team worked quickly and in just a few hours the units were fitted, they cleaned up and they left absolutely no trace they had even been there - apart from the blasts of cold air coming out of the a/c in the two bedrooms. Communication with the team was excellent and it was a breeze to sort initial and final payments and view my invoice via their safe, online platform. If the weather keeps up like this for too much longer, I will have to get them back to fit units for the ground floor.

I had a few companies around to quote for the air con installation but Adnan from Capcool immediately stood out as the most knowledgeable and I was confident that they would do a good job. Because of Covid19 there was quite a long wait before they were able to start on the work but when we were ready Fahan and Imran arrived immediately and installed all three Daikin units in two days. They were polite and helpful and made a real effort to place any connections and piping as unobtrusively as possible considering the slightly difficult positions of the units. The air-conditioning is superb and now all I need is some hot weather to try it out properly. I would be happy to recommend the company

Good advice from the beginning and very efficient fitting. Nice people too! It has made a big difference to our bedroom in the loft which used to get up to 28 degrees on the hot days.

We had a fantastic experience with CapCool. Right from the first moment Farhan was very easy to deal with, explained very well what would happen. After explaining what we would like he gave various options for installation of one unit in the upstairs main bedroom and one unit to cover the open living and kitchen area downstairs. The quote we got was very fairly priced compared to other companies but the service was not lacking at all. We have nothing but praise for Farhan and his teams approach to the work all of whom were courteous and professional. Less than 24 hours before the planned installation we had delayed news from planning that our initial planned position on the front of the property was not possible due to restrictions, despite an earlier query suggesting that it would be ok due to permitted development. They told us we can install on the back with no issues, but the front was a no go without planning permission. I immediately rang Farhan with the news and he immediately walked me through an alternate installation for the back. What was going to be a quick half day job turned into a full day but the work ethic of his team was sublime. Always had time to stop and answer questions, they were clear throughout with what was happening and despite the work running into late evening, low light, rain and wind did not rush the job, took their time and ensured a very clean finish, still taking the time after to test the units, walk us through their functions and explain the annual service checks. Even with the added work and challenge the final completion price was only slightly higher to account for the extra work and materials. I strongly recommend these guys, even if their quote ends up being a bit higher than someone else you find, the extra care in the service is more than worth it and I find it hard to think you would be unhappy with the result.

Air conditioning unit in our office as it was not blowing out heat, rather than just sending someone out to look at it (incurring costs) they put me through to an engineer who talked me through some ideas on the phone to get it working, this worked and obviously cost nothing.
