Item wasn’t reserved as happens with every other retailer, but was on the shelves and I was advised that I was lucky that it hadn’t been purchased by someone else - not what you want to hear about a carefully-selected Christmas gift. Slightly disappointed as the guitar came in standard not the drop c as advertised and despite being inspected 3 times according to stickers the action on the guitar was so high it was unplayable. Paying this much for a guitar you’d expect this to have been in perfect playable condition… so not great really

Ordered online to collect in Oxford store the same day. Easy & efficient transaction. Staff in-store at Oxford always knowledgeable, helpful relaxed and friendly. The ukulele was purchased without trying it first, just guided by PMT online photos and description, (and a couple of YouTube reviews). It plays well, has good intonation. Very pleased with this instrument
