Absolutely brilliant! I made an email enquiry about the Ghost 2 Immobilizer and got a call back within half an hour. All questions answered, fitting booked for following day. Stefan the engineer took time to explain the instructions, making sure I was happy before leaving. So far, it's only been two days, all is working as it should! Would definitely recommend both Car Key Solutions and the Autowatch Ghost 2.

I have been overcharged of what was agreed for no extra work. £150 is a lot of money for opening a door in one minute. £30 to the driver and £120 to the booking agent. We agreed £130.

My experience with Car Keys Solutions was very good. I was kept informed of what stage we were at with the installation of my purchase. Ibew exactly when it would be installed and by who. Danial, the guy who did the installation was very polite and professional. He knuckled down to the job and kept going until it was completed. No messing just hard working. Car Keys did not inform me that I had to have my car present and still charged me £120. This was sold to me as a deposit, not a call-out fee. I was left with a charge for £120 and no duplicate key. Not happy with the serrated all.
