Overpriced, I was originally told that they would supply and fit new parts; I then found out that they intended to repair the part on-site and then upsell by charging an additional £150.00 on a further part.

i thought they was very expensive just to repair a barrel on my van . it cost the same amount as a new ingnition barrell the bloke didn’t a new one on his van and had to pay in advance £120 before they would come out to me

Following a previous company fitting brand new ignition barrel and key blade I asked CarKeysSolutions to check both for a persistent fault. Chris customer service was super efficient and very focused on finding a solution he booked Andre to attend, Andre arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed the barrel was good but there was a faulty electrical component, which was immediately changed.
