Great customer service from the minute i first sent a message, polite service and very punctual within the time frame giving snd arrived early before my time slot

I was completely locked out of my car, and hence,my life. From okaying the job, 3 hours later Daniel was handing me the key! Jei was very helpful and knowledgeable, gave me a quote and stuck by it. Also, Jei and Daniel were very accommodating about me paying by bank transfer. If my original key doesn't turn up., I'll come back to car key solutions for a spare !

Easy to arrange for an engineer to attend home to cut and programme a car key. Kept informed of eta. Good price and engineer turned up in the agreed time frame. Engineer was knowledgeable and efficient completing job in around 25 minutes. Bonus was that the key fob was a ford one and identical to my other one. Would use again
