My car was recently stolen however we were able to find it and get it back! I didn't feel safe keeping the same key or locks so needed them changed ASAP. Chris in customer services/sales was incredibly helpful setting up my appointment for between 5-7pm on the same day. He was also quick at calling me back and took the time to explain the process to me where other locksmiths were impatient/reluctant to. Whilst the engineer was delayed by two hours, Chris was available on the phone despite having clocked off and was able to provide me with an update. The guys that came were incredibly helpful and professional talking me through everything they were going to do and what they had done after so despite their lateness this service deserves five stars! Thank you guys so much!

Great service from the first time I spoke to them. Everyone was professional and courteous but, more importantly, able to solve my problem. Getting a new Mini key from Car Keys Solutions was cheaper than BMW and same-day service!!! BMW honestly wanted me to wait 4 - 5 weeks for a key. Highly recommended.
