The engineer that came to my house was excellent, called me to let me know his time of arrival (within the two hour allotted window) and then called to let me know he was here. He was quick and explained everything really clearly - good job! However, in the initial conversation with the office, I had been given one price, but in the second conversation with them, the actual cost ended up being £70 more. It was to do with the difference between a “remote” and a “keyless” fob - transpired I needed the more expensive of the two! I got a bit confused.

Good communication right through the investigation into the issue with our car. After diagnostics the engineer found that what I thought was key problem turned out to be a problem with the electric's. This problem needs a garage to investigate. The only charge was for the diagnostics which I thought was quite fair.

Arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed my existing key rather than charging me more for a new one. Very happy with the Service and will use them again if needed.

I can't believe the negative reviews..You can't please everyone..the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5, is because they charge alot and the actually key casing is so cheap £3 on Ebay for 150 Is a bit pricey

Information on www is comprehensive, there's no hard sell, booking was easy, Dennis, the installer, called 20 mins before arriving, was prompt was very efficient (less than three hours) at installing Ghost and two dashcams. Unexpected feature was that Dennis took two videos of instructing me how to disable and enable the immobiliser and dashcams so that when I forget, I don't have to bother them with it. Excellent experience and now anxiety about having the (keyless entry and start) car stolen!
