Joshua was a total legend. I broke my car key at 8pm I was booked on as a new customer by 9pm and the technician arrived by half 10 the next morning and the key came under the quote price. Very happy customer professional speedy great service and all round life savers. I don't write reviews very often but after the service these guys delivered I felt I just had to put my experience on record. It's easy to write good reviews when things go well. Not so when they don't. My 2016 Audi Allroad went in to have fitted a Ghost and dash cams supplied by them and a third party Android Head Unit supplied by me. And there were problems. During the head unit install some interior trim was damaged but Danny apologised and assured me he would replace it which he did. Good as new. Then, as a result of the Ghost install, the Start/Stop stopped working which again, they fixed. Then the Android Head Unit threw up a problem with the microphone but they fixed that too. Then the Android Head Unit wouldn't connect with my phone but they sorted that out too. There had been times when I feared that since I had supplied the Head Unit that they were going to wash their hands of it but my fears were totally unfounded. They fixed all the issues and I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They just don't give up when they encounter a problem. Danny and his team at Brentwood are simply great. Way to go guys!”
