I knew what was wrong with my lock, but they insisted they had to come and run a diagnostic check. Cost £150. Their man came, confirmed what I had said was wrong, and left. Not heard anything further with any proposal to repair the problem. £150 for nothing - is that not the definition of a scam?

BRILLIANT FROM START TO FINISH. Response time was great, the appointment was confirmed and then reconfirmed an hour before hand. There was a straight forward booking process. The Key man was polite and prompt. Cut and coded a BMW key - not the easiest key to do, but the key man encountered no issues and when done, we checked operation and off he went - 10/10. Very impressed.

We were able to contact the company at 1am in the morning and they called back quickly. They were not able to arrange an engineer for that evening but did so for the following morning. The engineer was brilliant. Whilst the call centre is open all evening, call out the same evening is still unlikely, but it greatly helped to get things arranged at the time.

Really good service all the way through. If I had taken my car to the dealer it would taken ages to get a new key and fob, and the next day of my booking I had a new key in my hand.

After an attempted break in to my van, I was left with a damaged door lock.Car key Solutions were the only company that were capable of doing the job. One call and a technician was with me the following day. The technician had the job done in reasonable time, and I was happy with all aspects of my contact with this company. Would not hesitate to contact them again if I have any future problems with my vehicles locks.

I had such a good experience. I called at 5am after losing my only set of car keys and spoke to a lovely lady who explained the service they could do for me the next day(which was also a Sunday) They were so fast and so efficient and arrived early to get the job done in only 40 minutes! I lost my only key for my BMW 3 series. After a quick google search I came across car key solutions and I’m so glad I did, as they came out same day and made me 2 new keys and coded them, plus erasing the old lost key so it couldn’t be used again. I was very pleased with the fast response of the customer care online and over the phone. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
