Subpar customer service. Happy to send copy of emails to a manager. Great shoes!! However, customer service uas kept me from buying from the company again.

This Company is amazing! Company is great at responding to any problems you might have and super quick to respond. The shoes are very very comfortable and well worth purchasing! Love Hike Footwear.

Love the shoes, It took almost 2 weeks to get them. I will compliment Emily on her speedy response. I was disappointed after researching this company, finding out the product has to come from China. The internet indicates that they are located in FL. So I figured it might take 4 or 5 days at the most. 2 weeks later I finally have them.

They work for me. I have six different pairs. I will buy nothing else.

The shoes are great BUT the delivery companie(s) that are used in the US are TERRIBLE. The first 3 shoes I bought were slowly delivered by Piggy Exp. The last order of shoes (not yet delivered) is SpeedX. They do NOT answer emails and the phone # no longer in service. I'm not getting answers from anybody.

I really like my new shoes!

I like the shoes, especially how lightweight they are BUT… Since there is absolutely no support - My feet are in excruciating pain after wearing them a few times. Sadly, I wasted my money.

i would like exchange one of the shoes for a difrent color... I LIKE THE LIGHTNESS AND SOFTNESS OF THESE SHOES...GREAT FOR WATER OR CLIMBING.

Love them. very comfortable

I absolutely love my shoes. I have two pair so far. One for good weather and the other for winter. I feel so much more stable when I walk, and I don't have as much issues with my knees. Where have these shoes been all my life!!!

My feet still hurt.But the winter boots are great because they keep my feet very warm without extra socks on my feet

I didn't try the first pair I ordered for a while since my feet are so sensitive, I never went barefoot. Finally I put them on and thought wow, these feel great! Now I wear them almost everyday in the house and outside when it's a little warmer. I since have convinced my husband to try them and he loves them as well. Over time it has helped with the sensitivity of my feet and I've ordered a second and third pair for myself and a second pair for my husband to take for traveling. We love them!

Using the HK is a game changer I can walk endlessly without any pains

I can't usually wear any shoe over 2-3 hours without my feet hurting. I forget I have shoes on with my Hike. Really comfortable. I have two pair and ordering another today!
