I have trouble walking for any distance so after much consideration I decided to try your shoes. At first I was a little unsure about how they could improve my walking ability , but kept on walking a little each day. My lower back pain has improved , and it’s getting easier for me to walk longer than I was. I love these shoes and have bought two more pairs. They’re comfortable, the insoles help keep your feet positioned properly, making walking easier . I have recommended these to several people.

Terrible company I followed instructions to return the shoes I got but never ordered. Your company told me I didn't send back correctly and would not refund my payment.

Too much time to deliver

I received each order as promised and the shoes AND boots - are AMAZING!!! I can now stand in the kitchen for several hours without pain - as long as I have my HF shoes on! Thanks!

Love my Hike Clouds! It took a little bit to get used to them, but now I wear them almost all the time in the house. I'm ordering a different pair to wear outside, but still in the Cloud family. Awesome!

Great shoes and the boots are also great! I husband and son like them also. My son has feet problems but can stand all day in the shoes and boots!

I love my Hike’s! I feel more secure walking anywhere, day or night, especially since the two pairs I bought are slip free! They are comfortable and my legs and feet don’t hurt anymore! I live in NC and we sometimes get cold weather with snow and ice! I want a pair of red fleece lined Hike’s next!

The shoes were ordered and delivered promptly. They feel very comfortable and light weight. I have not had much time to wear them outside of the house because it has been very cold and snowy and there is not much material to them to keep my feet warm. I am looking forward to wearing them in the spring.

Customer service is lacking. I will resell them myself rather than deal with HIKE.

Before you purchase, be 100% sure you want these shoes and know that the customer service is one of the worst I've ever encountered. It is difficult to return the shoes under their terms.

Refusing to accept returns is 100% unacceptable. I was forced to take a less than full refund, and keep shoes that I am never going to wear.

I just saw the ads on Facebook and decided to try a pair of the “boots.” They are so warm and comfortable that I am letting go of my old hiking boots. This is all I need. Also, I feel more secure on ice and packed snow

Reasonably priced quality product.

I now have 6 pair of Hike shoes. I wear them daily and feel like slippers. I’ve almost worn out my pink ones and will be buying a second pair.

Excellent customer service

The customer service was excellent when I had questions-the response was prompt and helpful. I have severely pronated feet and was skeptical that the Cloud model would work for me. The shoes are so comfortable and supportive that I have no need for orthotic insoles.
