Courier left it on the doorstep in the pouring rain, rather than knock or leave in our safe place as requested. Contents wet and soggy once opened. Scones were broken and just a crumbly mess when I tried to cut them. Such a shame , wont be ordering again

The website was easy to navigate and photos/descriptions were nice. The item was a gift so next day delivery was something I was looking for so I knew the recipient would be at home. The hamper was delivered on time the next day in good condition and the recipient was delighted and said hoe delicious everything was. Thank you!

Bought the afternoon tea for my sisters birthday. She loved it. Quick efficient service too. Good value for money too. Recommended.

Purchased the cream tea on 31st January. Guests arrived on 1st February and I took the scones out ready to serve, unfortunately I found that 2 of them were broken into pieces and 2 were fine so we wer able to give them to our guests and my husband and I had the broken scones. The rest of the products were fine. Upon letting Devon Cream teas know. They swiftlu sent a partial refund. So happy with the result.

I purchased a cream tea for a friends birthday and was pleasantly surprised that you could choose a delivery date, this was fantastic considering the items are perishable, I cannot fault the service the parcel arrived exactly when it said it would and my friend said the cream tea was lovely.

Ordered for a lady’s 101st birthday so I haven’t tested any of the contents but it was delivered on the correct day - and with instructions to keep in the fridge ( which I was worried she might not do!) She was thrilled to receive it by post - a nice surprise !

These were definitely top quality pasties,cooked well and tasted delicious. Nice light pastry and plenty of veg in with the meat. Delivery spot on, well packed and still frozen on arrival.
