I ordered a hamper for a birthday gift, and it arrived less than 24hrs after I placed it. Very impressed with the overnight service, and the recipient was very delighted with the hamper!

Supposed to be delivered on 29th arrived a day late No up dates or time slot given till. Later day of delivery Supposed to be a surprise for daughter who’s not well so stayed in all day to wait for it, won’t be ordering again.

I first had a gift delivery from DCT last summer. The scones were stale and broke into crumbs -but i put this down to 'bad luck'. I received a Christmas gift box a few days ago -same problem: Stale and broken into bird crumbs. This time i contacted DCT who kindly sent a replacement box. Sadly, same issue. Stale scones -break into crumbs. Clearly DCT have an ongoing quality issue.

When I ordered I didn’t realise until reading back the order that it was being delivered to myself instead of my parents as a gift ,even though I put my parents address in ,it must have reverted back to my billing address,I went on chat and Taylor at customer services was so so helpful in sorting this for me ,excellent customer services and even emailed me back to say it was all sorted very grateful Thankyou Taylor ,highly recommend will definitely be ordering again,I will put the correct address in this time ! The cream tea box was delivered on time and the recipient was delighted. Unfortunately, she didn't know who had sent it as the note I'd filled in wasn't attached. It took her a lot of calls and investigation work to discover who it was from.

I ordered this as a gift for friends,and I wanted it delivered on a specific date. Unfortunately, the courier company lost the item. I contacted Devon Cream Teas customer services, who were very helpful and sorted a replacement one free of charge. It was a day or two later than planned being delivered, but it arrived safely. So 10/10 to their customer services

I ordered a cream tea hamper for my long-standing friend as we do secret santa each year between a group of us. I saw an advert for Devon Cream Teas and thought I'd give it whirl. The ordering process was really straight forward and lots of options to choose from to personalise the package. I could choose a delivery date and also include a little message to my aunt and uncle. I received regular updates of the delivery status and it arrived on time. As I've not experienced the products myself, I'm just relaying the feedback my aunt gave me.......then both absolutely loved it.
