Company worked with me but how ever the part sent would not work, the company tried helping me but they could not find the proper part number for what i needed. They help me in sending part back and refunded my money. I just wish they had the much needed part i need.

The help getting the right part was spot on. I received part and installed without a glitch. Part took a little time to get but that wasn't your fault because it was coming from MFG. and I was told lead time and it came in exactly when I was told it would be. Currently rating 1 star, I placed my order 4 weeks ago and to be fair was told there would be a 4-5 week lead time (which frankly is a little absurd for two padlocks). Now 4 weeks later I have gotten zero updates on the status of my order but have gotten multiple requests to review my order. So fine! Here you go! My nothing I have received and lack of communication so far sucks.

As a retired school district locksmith, I have a couple of Master & American paddle locks that I wanted to rekey, Taylor Security had what I was looking for. Better then the one I had in the lock shop.
