Still have not received my order. There has been zero communication about it shipping close to 6 weeks after I placed my order. I only know that it is going to ship around 10/17 because I reached out to customer service.

First time purchase. The company was true their words, as far is shipment. The product arrived in a timely manner. Their was know issues with the product, because it's an upgrade from same previous product. Would recommend their product.
