They respond quickly to questions, both pre and post order. They are my 'go to' for lock and security, and door operator hardware.

After Taylor Security plastered their name all over the Arrow company website and elsewhere, I went ahead and ordered two Arrow double cylinder deadbolt locks. With the free shipping I was happy getting what I wanted with a discount. Especially since I gave up two Schlage locks which I have to return now. Then I receive a message the next day to "Please be advised that this is a special order that must be placed with the manufacturer and takes 3 to 4 weeks." NOT cool at all. What a croc! Here this so called big company says in is in stock and gives absolutely no indication that it will not ship out immediately. What good is free shipping when it is not even available when needed? They certainly should give me a refund rebate of at least $10 USD for this unwarned inconvenience. They wait until you pay before telling you the truth. Bad bad bad.

Taylor Security and Lock was the only company that had the part I needed without trying to only sell me the entire door mechanism. Customer service was extremely helpful and even reached out to make sure that I was aware of how their shipping and manufacturing worked (I had not been aware, but it worked out great).
