Was told they were in stock then I was told it would be 2 weeks then was told manufacturer would ship directly to me and then was told manufacturer would ship to seller finally got them took 7 weeks later apparently they don't know what the timeline is to get products

Very pleased with the service. Due to my error, I ordered too many. But, a call to customer service, corrected it. The product looks great, price was good. If there is a criticism, it would be that items be sent faster to compete with the “over nighters”. However, it arrived in the time frame that was specified. Thank you.

Love my Arts & Crafts levers. I'm not a fan of hammered texture, and that's what I was replacing. Taylor kept in touch regarding possible delayed delivery, but alas they arrived in about half the time promised. Will be ordering a couple more in a month or so to complete the transition.
