Did not receive my new lock despite following all RMA requests

Ordered a keypad lock to have installed by a locksmith, was told it would be 4 weeks but it arrived 2 weeks later.

I ordered a set of 3" tamper proof key rings for our hospital security department by accident. After taxes and shipping it came out to $79.24. I wanted to send them back and purchase the 2" set but I was only refunded for 27.00 because of a restocking free and I had to pay for shipping. Will not try again! Account was credited. Thank you.

5 stars for the items ordered as they were exactly what was described on the website and what the facilities guy was told over the phone prior to me ordering. I took off 2 stars because I had an issue with setting up the account. Even though I used a different company name and different delivery address with that company name and paid it on my work credit card, it was assumed and placed on the company with which building I work out of (we are 2 very different entities and the physical building it was meant for is next door). Thankfully the facility guy's name was kept on the shipping address so it was set aside for him to come over and pick it up without much of an issue. When you look at our orders online, this order that I am being asked to review is not on our online account (we have no order history as it must have went to other companies account and I do not have access). This makes it a little harder to purchase the same items and if the original order wasn't emailed to me, I would have NO backup for my work credit card purchase. I gave back 1 star because despite the assumption mess, the product got to us and each time I emailed and asked questions, I did get answers pretty quickly. Just please if it says something that should be questioned, email the person that did it to see if they are nuts and can't remember who they work for or where they want the item(s) to be delivered. I have had other companies flag it because the addresses are next door to each other for billing (me) and shipping (facilities guy). They had emailed me to call them back or called direct to verify... The trail was curvy but is now hopefully fully fixed when we need to purchase again.
