Shipping was very quick and staff is very transparent when setting realistic expectations for my order. This is the third time I’ve ordered from them, and it probably won’t be my last!

We received our lock much sooner than projected. The lock was replacing the same model we had and was in excellent, new condition. The company did reach out to verify our order before approving the charge, which was appreciated.

I needed to replace a door knob that broke and I couldn't find it anywhere else. When I ordered it from Taylor Security & Lock I was told it would have to be ordered from the factory so it would take a couple of weeks. Sure enough, after a couple weeks I received it and I just finished installing it. Without Taylor Security & Lock I would have had to pick a new door knob that did not match anything else in the house.

I bought a vintage Yale lock from Taylor securities, and I was happy to find it. The price was very fair considering, for some reason, it’s a $200 lock. Shipping and communication were excellent.

Never Do Business With This Company

I needed a cutting wheel for my HPC Blitz machine and Taylor Security had one in stock at a reasonable price. Nothing really above and beyond as far as price or shipping...but I got what I needed.

Received the product earlier than expected. Was the best price I was able to find.

The manufacturer of my lock (Schlage) could not help me. Only Taylor Security & Lock would sell me a replacement part. But now waiting 8 to 10 weeks for a part to arrive is a long time.
