I tried to fix my own problem with the non-connectivity from my computer to my printer on a number of occasions, to no avail. My "Geek" arrived promptly and fixed my problem well within the allocated time frame. He was polite and easy to talk to which made the experience great for a computer dinosaur like me.

My printers had stopped talking to my computer; the internet had kept disconnecting and my computer had slowed down terribly. My "Geek" arrived on time and solved all of these problem in a fast and thoughtful way. He used language I could understand and "Geeks2U" followed up my visit to ensure I was satisfied - Thank you - You are awesome (again)!

Took the precaution after being visited by a scammer, to clean my laptop of any/all viruses. Never give any 'unknown person' access to your laptop via any access app where they can tour your laptop from a distance. Who knows what they saw and possibly took away with them that might hurt in the future.
