My first call to Geeks2U was made just after 7am, because I needed our laptop sorted before 6pm that arvo..first appointment for 11am was cancelled (unforeseen stuff) so another appointment was made for 3-4pm that arvo..Calvin our technician arrived, was friendly, efficient and explained and answered our questions in an easy to understand manner. He was able to correct it with another cable, and my problem was solved. He also tutored me on freezing panes with XL. Couldn't be happier.
