I booked the service for convenience as I work from home. The booking process was clear, simple and costs were provided upfront. I was pleasantly surprised to get a booking for 8am the following day. Robert arrived a little ahead of time and was highly professional. He took notes on the issues I was facing and explained possible causes and how he would address them. He was here for an hour and tidied up multiple competing programs and versions as well as showed me some hardware maintenance tips I was unaware of. Robert being a more mature male was not quite what I was expecting. However he was sociable and knowledgeable, and he explained what he was doing as he went along. He has ordered a new WiFi adaptor for me and if that works for I would move my rating to 10.
