However I was interstate, teaching at the time the call came in, so was unable to respond. I responded after my session (after hours) but the number did not connect and the text message I sent "could not be delivered". I would like to speak with someone who actually knows my issues, however Geeks2U should email or text me the number of that contact person with whom I can connect, subject to my own availability. Otherwise, customer service is just lip service.

They were able to send someone to help, the next day. Bills communication was great, as he had been delayed with a previous job. He sorted out my iPhone/ email issue with calm and patience, and managed to find a way through the Yahoo log in and password maze. I would never have managed this without his expertise.
