Stuart was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed my problem, despite some unusual technical issues that I was experiencing on the day. He also provided some good advice on improving my set up in the future.

The Geeks technician, Muhammad, was absolutely fantastic - he was courteous , calm and completely professional despite the many challenges he had in connecting us to the internet and in setting up our new printer. I would thoroughly recommend both Muhammad and Geeks particularly if you are technophobes like we are.

Easy booking system Robert was easy to communicate with . Didn’t make me feel stupid The audio problem couldn’t be resolved but was provided with a perfectly acceptable alternative. All in all a good experience

All good. Nick was thorough and careful, and explained what the problems were in language I could just about understand. When he set the computer up with the new SSD he was careful to reinstall software I'd had and to make sure everything was working, which I appreciated. The computer is going like a dream and I am really happy with the outcome.

Geeks to U are always helpful caring and professional. I have used them about 5 times in the last 6 months. Their contractors are knowledgeable and fast. Have assisted me twice with scams and hacking problems. Highly recommend their support staff and operators.

My Trustpilot review on my experience prompted a phonecall from Geeks2U; as in their reply to that review. However I was interstate, teaching at the time the call came in, so was unable to respond. I responded after my session (after hours) but the number did not connect and the text message I sent "could not be delivered". I would like to speak with someone who actually knows my issues, however Geeks2U should email or text me the number of that contact person with whom I can connect, subject to my own availability. Otherwise, customer service is just lip service.

Setting up a new iPhone somehow managed to lock me out of my email account. When i phoned Geeks2U I was hoping for a miracle. They were able to send someone to help, the next day. Bills communication was great, as he had been delayed with a previous job. He sorted out my iPhone/ email issue with calm and patience, and managed to find a way through the Yahoo log in and password maze. I would never have managed this without his expertise. Thanks so much!

After 2 sessions ($316) still no result - new laptop setup and transfer of mail and other data from old pc and laptop. Should have asked neighbour's kid
