He was able to recommend a replacement laptop (which I am loving, and very much appreciate not having to go into decision overwhelm with that!), was able to save my hard drive, and return it to me in good time on a new device.

Australia | 22 January 2024I paid nearly $400, including an over charge for a same day service which did not happen. A refund has been generated at my request, but will take time, unlike my payment to Geeks which was instantaneous. The first appointment was cancelled and a second set up. I replied to two phone calls that each lasted about 10 seconds and was put in a queue. I find this very bad manners from customer service. During my service session, two non-computer related matters were resolved. The printer which took most of the time is still not working although the technician left inferring that it was. I am told by customer service, that the printer is fixed, the fact that it does not print readable text is immaterial apparently. New ink was inserted during the process. I am very disappointed having used Geeks2U for years and feel completely let down as the printer is not fit for purpose.

Australia | 16 January 2024I am a little disappointed after making a booking for my iMac which was operating slowly on Thursday the 11 th Jan for Friday 12 th only to receive a request to reschedule for Monday 15th which again was cancelled. I total I rescheduled three times and all were cancelled.I did not reschedule after the 4 th request and called the 1300 No. only to be toldby the consultant no body would be accepting my job as it was not worth the trouble for anyone to come to my premises due to the nature of the job. I don't believe I will ever contact Geeks in the future. Thanks anyway.
