It was great to be able to have someone come after hours, made it so much easier and more convenient. He was able to recommend a replacement laptop (which I am loving, and very much appreciate not having to go into decision overwhelm with that!), was able to save my hard drive, and return it to me in good time on a new device.

I found Chris to be excellent. He fixed all of my problems. I would recommend Geeks2u to anyone that has issues with their computers.

I paid nearly $400, including an over charge for a same day service which did not happen. A refund has been generated at my request, but will take time, unlike my payment to Geeks which was instantaneous. The first appointment was cancelled and a second set up. I replied to two phone calls that each lasted about 10 seconds and was put in a queue. I find this very bad manners from customer service. During my service session, two non-computer related matters were resolved. The printer which took most of the time is still not working although the technician left inferring that it was. I am told by customer service, that the printer is fixed, the fact that it does not print readable text is immaterial apparently. New ink was inserted during the process. I am very disappointed having used Geeks2U for years and feel completely let down as the printer is not fit for purpose.

I am a little disappointed after making a booking for my iMac which was operating slowly on Thursday the 11 th Jan for Friday 12 th only to receive a request to reschedule for Monday 15th which again was cancelled. I total I rescheduled three times and all were cancelled.I did not reschedule after the 4 th request and called the 1300 No. only to be toldby the consultant no body would be accepting my job as it was not worth the trouble for anyone to come to my premises due to the nature of the job. I don't believe I will ever contact Geeks in the future. Thanks anyway.

My monitor had died and caused the safety switch in my fuse box to flip. Dan confirmed the death of the monitor and checked the computer. All is well.

A helpful chap was sent in good time, on time. He was patient and informative and gave a first class tutorial on setting up my kit. He allowed me plenty of opportunity to 'lead the way' with the issues that concerned me, and he filled in the parts that I did not know I did not know.

Fantastic, efficient and knowledgeable service provided by a friendly and courteous technician who resolved my issues to full satisfaction. Was charged for minimum time compared with actual time taken.

Both mine and my wife’s Dell laptops packed up on the same day. Dell couldn’t fix it so I contacted Geeks2u although I had never used them. Next day Neal came and, while the issues were complicated, he managed to fix both machines within an hour. Very impressive.

The technician, Andrew, was extremely thorough, and determined to ensure that he achieved the appropriate outcome for us. Our computer presented some challenges for him, but he persisted and was successful. He is also very personable. He is an asset to Geeks2U.
