The best hosting service. They fix issues within an hour or so in comparison I've been with Bluehost for a long time and I'm used to waiting 10-14 days for a small issue to be resolved and it usually doesn't. Definitely go with zume compared to other hosting providers it's cheaper, faster and they are serious about getting things done.

There are many things that make Zume great, but by far the best aspect, and the first thing you'll notice, is how helpful, friendly, and swift their customer service is. As someone with a 3-year background in customer service, I have to say I'm incredibly impressed! I've requested their assistance a few times so far, and I've felt welcome and appreciated on every occasion, no matter how stupid I felt my question was. Talking to their support feels like talking to a friend or colleague, and instead of attempting to upsell you at every corner, they recommend what they genuinely think might be best for you. Your services deserve to be 10x more popular, and I'm definitely recommending you the first chance I get.

Quite simply, the best hosting experience I have had in 20 years. From my initial contact, it was clear that the customer comes first. I have been with Zume for nearly 2 months and my hosting has far exceeded expectations in terms of speed, flexibility, control and reliability. With CPanel access, many technical obstacles are either simplified or removed, allowing you to concentrate on business as usual. Their fast and friendly support is outstanding, and you are treated as a valued customer rather than a number on a ticket. If Carlsberg did web hosting, they still wouldn't be as good as Zume.

I don't want to sound corny, but hands down, this is THE BEST hosting provider I've ever worked with. The quality of service (hosting) is amazing! My websites that were on mid-tier plans in services such as WP Engine, Hostinger, Green Geeks, and alike, are flying in comparison even on low-tier Zume hosting. Although their prices might give you an impression of being more expensive on lower-tiers, it actually becomes cheaper in long-terms. Other hostings only give an impression of being cheap by starting cheap but becoming expensive in renewals. For all my clients, for small and mid-traffic websites, and multi-websites, it became cheaper in the end, as Zume doesn't count pageviews and the resources stated are actually provided. Just by switching from WP Engine to Zume our page speed insights results turned from yellow to green on mobile and GTmetrix improved significantly (this was for an optimized WordPress website running with Elementor with medium amount of images and big informative pages). And of course I can't praise enough their support. It's the only hosting support that actually put my needs above all else, and they always found the best possible solution for me, in each scenario. I feel that I genuinely speak with a human, and this human is really being a human, not a scripted employee, if you know what I mean. If you really care about your websites, give Zume a chance ;) They're 10 out of 5 stars for me!

I had never heard about Zume before, but I'm happy I did. The service is outstanding and Ross that works there as rep is really knowledege. This is not some rep that just does his job. He knows things that helps you a lot. I'm a noob to all of this, but Ross helped me along quite well!

I have never, ever, written a review for any service on trustpilot but this time I feel like I must. I'm by no means an expert when it comes to hosting and my brain was hurting from looking through offer after offer by companies like hostgator, hostinger, bluehost, godaddy etc. I never really felt comfortable with paying any of these companies due to some bad experiences with bluehost. Thankfully, through reddit, I've discovered Zume and immediately felt like home. Transparent Billing? Unlimited Websites as long as your disc space can handle it? Emails as much as you can take? Free Migration? Actual human support? At first I thought this couldn't be real and went on to contact the support. Result: Ross. Helping fast, friendly, and patiently with every inquiry I had or could have had. And when I say fast, I mean FAST (5 minutes response time at one mail). 1 day after purchasing their plan I've migrated 2 sites/domains and added a 3rd one. Everything is working more than fine. So yeah, would I recommend you check out Zume? No, I'd recommend you straight up buy whatever they offer, and yes, I'm a real human and not a paid review as you so often see on Trustpilot. Do yourself a favor and migrate NOW! :)

Ross is my man! Him and the dedicated team at Zume run this like their baby and honestly they're very good at it. Extremely fast customer service, have handled enquiries and my questions within minutes and resolved in hours maximum. Product is amazing, simple to use, transparent fees, all the protection and all the good firewall, anti-spam, SSL certificate is INCLUDED in their normal monthly price which is a damn steal. I have tried big platforms like hostgator, bluehost, godaddy and not happy at how they deliberately cause issues and upsell you + poor customer service. Read about EIG goup of web hosting and you'll run far away. Then when you find companies like Zume - you will never want to leave. 10/10 find, I am staying with them for all my businesses and IT domains/hosting needs as long as this company lives.

I can't believe that companies this good still exist. They are a refreshing change. A hosting company run by human beings who care about their customers. Ross has been super helpful and replies to your requests very fast. Coming from a VPS that I had to manage myself, this is a breathe of fresh air. I'd highly recommend.
