United Kingdom | 29 May 2023I would love to give higher stars because the souls of the shoes are very comfortable, given I have a metatarsal injury. However, the front straps cause blisters and cuts on my toes and the over arch strap caused blisters, they were so uncomfortable and painful I couldn't wait to get home and take them off. My feet are painful now and for the past couple of days I have had to wear flip flops, good job the weather is nice! Definitely not worth the cost. Most painful shoes that I own. I would never buy this brand again and I would never recommend.

I’ve been trying to return two pairs of shoes for almost a month: the QR code doesn’t work, the phones ring out and a promise to send me a returns slip by post still hasn’t materialised. I could never buy from them again based on this experience, sadly.

United Kingdom | 26 May 2023I am very impressed with this company so far with my shoes and orders. My first order I ordered a UK 8 and it was a perfect fit. My second order I placed for 3 UK 8 shoes but they were a tad big, so I returned them which was done rather speedily and the refund hit my account within 48 hours - so far so good.I have now reordered a 7.5 UK so I await how that goes for size. The company are very professional but I just have the one issue with your telephone service - either man that or don't give a telephone number - it is irritating to speak to a bot! Otherwise happy to have found you and good fitting shoes, well done. Why did I not find you years ago!

United Kingdom | 12 May 2023This company have had my money for a month now, I have been trying to return my shoes, which are not the correct size, even though I checked out their 'new sizing', they are too big. They left an answer here on trustpilot saying just contact Evri, I tried that, Evri do not accept their name, Vionic so I tried Caleres, they don't accept that either so you cannot get past first steps on Evri, which is not thier fault! I have sent several emails, I have tried to call continuously, I did actually get a nice lady but she seems to be away as she is not answering now, so in desperation I went to Pay pal who have passed on my complaint to the company, who again replied how easy it is to return their products, not true!! Basically they have had my money for a month and no matter how I try I am stumped at every turn, no matter what they reply on here, I would say avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!! Unless you want to invest in Vionics for a month at a time!! Addendum to my previous review:- Gemma has been on the phone, unfortunately, she has been on leave and I have come to the conclusion she 'is' customer services! Gemma is very professional, courteous and pleasant and has resolved the issue immediately. I am very surprised at a company like vionics only having one person to deal with all the customer questions and complaints, it seems a little short sighted when they get reviews like the above because the only member of customer service staff is on leave! I did notice that the only name mentioned in all the other reviews was Gemma, I have suggested to her that Vionics have a proper contract with Evri, so that one can just book a collection if there is no parcel shop, as is the case here on the Isle of Wight, unless you can swim to the mainland with your parcel!! I hope the company take on some more customer service staff and perhaps Gemma could train them as she has saved Vionics reputation with me! Come on Vionics help your customers to make returns easier!!

I then asked if they could be shipped as one order to avoid the double postage but was too late as they came the next day (Saturday). Then, early on the next working day I received an email offering me free postage on my next order, which I will definitely take advantage of as their shoes offer fantastic support snd look great.

Even though the shoes I had ordered where now out of stock, I was able to pick different colours of the same shoe size and I received my replacement shoes the following day. I am happy with my new shoes and they fit well. Thank you for your help Gemma!

United Kingdom | 21 April 2023I have bought a pair of smart shoes and a pair of trainers from them. The shoes were lovely, and supported my fallen arches so well. So happy I can wear dainty shoes again with skirts and dresses, or when I need to dress smartly for work. My trainers were lovely too but I decided to return them on grounds of a hasty purchase. I emailed and a return was arranged really quickly and easily. I'm not one for leaving reviews but really had to on this occasion. great company and great customer service!

Only discovered that that item was actually out of stock when I emailed them today. Despite an apology and 10% voucher I’m likely not to return. Don’t want to shop again at a company that takes and retains a customer’s payment with no product available.

I hadn't realised this at the time of purchase. I spoke with a member of customer services called Gemma Robinson who provided me with excellent, efficient and professional customer service when organising my return, refund and new order. It is very rare nowadays to receive exceptional customer service and Gemma put my mind at rest with her ability to sort out my problem. This was very reassuring and I will definitely be ordering from Vionic Shoes again due to the trust and confidence I have in the company because of Gemma. Thank you.

When I wrote to customer service sending a clear photograph of the defect and the nearly clean soles with clear “Vionic” logo they refused to help unless I could produce the order number. Be warned. Always keep your paperwork

I was virtually housebound because of pain in one of my feet & no one seemed to offer a solution to the problem. I purchased my first pair of Vionic shoes and was so amazed at the difference they made that I immediately ordered more. I am now able to walk normally and am no longer in pain. I have to say that not every style I have tried has been a success but the company has been extremely accommodating in terms of returns. My dealings with staff at Vionic have been very positive experiences and I have found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

United Kingdom | 20 March 2023Shocking service. First of all they cancel my first order as they claim the stock online wasn’t up to date when I ordered. I then leave it a few days as their website still showing my size is available! Website is finally updated so I go on and order the slippers in a different colour. They are despatched straightaway only for me to open the parcel and find they are a completely different shoe - not even slippers at all. I quickly phone the customer service line and am asked to send a photo of the shows delivered - which I do - I send two more subsequent emails and call the CS again,over the next few days and hear nothing. Shoes returned and I won’t be rushing to use this company again.

Gemma at Customer Services is so efficient & conscientious, she emailed me the label, I returned the parcel but the tracking seemed to come to a halt. I contacted Gemma again & she managed to track the parcel & issue a refund. First class customer service.
