United Kingdom | 06 November 2024I ordered shoes for next day delivery which arrived 4 days late@ They were delivered by Evri, and at my request returned the shoes to the supplier as I had no need for them. I have not had any confirmation of the return. I emailed and telephoned Sam, Edelman last Friday, and made further telephone calls last Monday with no response. Today I have received an email from Vionic Shoes advising that the shoes are on their way back to me!!!! and to accept them and then do a return through their portal! I purchased these shoes from Sam Edelman and not Vionic shoes. Evri are useless and I would advise anyone having a return to double check the process and that the shoes will be returned so that you can get a refund. I would never purchase from Sam Edelman direct again. The service is appalling.

I ordered some slippers as they had a special offer on them, received a confirmation email saying order received, slight delay but to expect order in 7-10 days time. This morning, 10 days later, have just had an email from PayPal saying I’ve been refunded the whole amount. Nothing from Vionic at all, no apology, nothing. This company needs to seriously up their game with regard to customer service. Will NOT be attempting to buy anything from them again.

United Kingdom | 25 October 2024Ordered shoes for next day delivery as needed them for a celebration. No shoes have arrived and I have been informed that they are likely to be delivered in 3 days time!! I advise only ordering from this company if you don’t need the shoes urgently.

Evri carrier text me 6 days before saying they had them…… not impressed with Evri for delivery. I received refund of postage from Vionic which I am happy with so would recommend them for customer service!!!!!!

United Kingdom | 19 September 2024Will never recommend or purchase from Vionic shoes ever again. They ignore their customers, don't reply to emails or messages sent via their fb page. Phone is never answered and no ability to leave a message. They just want your money and after that you don't exist to them. Customer service should be a priority but not to Vionic UK.

United Kingdom | 13 September 2024Well it was my first time purchase... and the last. However I wanted to order something else as the shoes were a bit narrow. Tried to return, - through careles - they accepted the return and sent no email confirmation nor QR code for the return - nothing. I wrote an email - "we are very busy"... I called - it was the strangest thing. They said: "we work between 10 and 4" (I called at 3 pm) "and if you are calling in the busy hour, please leave us a message" - what is the busy hour? The call just went silent... called four times. Not going to recommend, not going to return to them.

United Kingdom | 06 September 2024I purchased a pair of Vionic Miles Trainers sadly after having an operation on my foot, I was unable to get my foot into them so contacted customer services not expecting any help as 5 months had lapsed since purchasing Gemma was so efficient and understanding of my problem I got refund, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it I'm so grateful, thank you!

However, even subscribed to their mailing list and getting notifications of new arrivals and sales, they NEVER have size 7, so unfortunately, have had to swap to another brand.

United Kingdom | 05 August 2024My order did not arrive. Evri said they were in the process of sending it back… there was no reason from Vionic or Evri as to why. I was unable to speak to anyone, which is the most frustrating part particularly with Evri. Eventually I was able to have email contact with Gemma from Vionic who was very helpful and she resent my order but one pair of shoes had sold out by then. There continued to be issues as Evri said they couldn’t find my address, more delays ensued. I finally did receive my order but the whole process really put me off. The shoes are comfortable and I’m happy with them but I will think twice about ordering from them again unless they change their courier.
