United Kingdom | 04 November 2019I bought a pair of boots for myself and to be honest, the pair I bought looked very nice online. I was a bit shocked when I removed the insoles from these boots as they felt tight when I was trying them on. I saw three screws inside the heel. These boots were expensive, I have in the past bought slippers and sandals from Vionics and those were a perfect fit and of good quality.

United Kingdom | 04 November 2019Since my previous review below I was contacted by Martin in Customer Services who apologised that my order had been cancelled. He offered me a discount and free postage if I wanted to make another order. I did want to try the insoles so I ordered them over the phone with him. They came quickly but I did have to trim them to fit (I am a size 4 and had ordered the extra small but the extra extra small would have been a better fit). I have been wearing them in my boots and I have to say that my heel pain has got better so I might try the shoes next.

United Kingdom | 01 November 2019I’ve ordered three times in the past and all three times the parcels were delivered the following day. The shoes are excellent quality but the sizing has been an issue for me. Martin in customer services has been extremely helpful in trying to resolve the problem.

United Kingdom | 29 October 2019This is my second purchase from Vionic and I have been very happy with both the products and the customer service. Order 1 - I ordered a large number of sandals and trainers, not knowing what my size might be. These arrived quickly and were well packaged. I returned the wrong sizes using the free returns label and the refund was processed very quickly. I've been wearing the trainers daily for nearly 6 weeks and am still very happy with them - my physiotherapist was also very impressed with my improved gait in them. The sandals are also very comfortable, even in heat on summer holiday. Order 2 - I made another large order of boots in multiple sizes. Hermes only delivered one of the two packages, although again the first arrived very promptly. Here ensued a 7 day saga of incorrect parcel tracking information and "missed delivery attempts" from Hermes, who refused to speak to me directly. Martin at Vionic customer services has been an absolute star throughout - chasing Hermes on my behalf, updating me without prompting every day, and giving me more accurate tracking information. In the end they had to send me a new parcel as the other still had not arrived, which arrived the very next day. Since tearing my ankle ligament back in February, Vionic shoes are the only brand I can wear comfortably for any length of time and the correction of my over-pronation has been an excellent bonus!

Canada | 19 October 2019I have two pairs of Vionic sandals and they are fabulous. Comfortable, stylish and allow me to walk pain-free from plantar fasciitis. I would 100% recommend these shoes and this company. I ordered online for both pairs and they arrived promptly. When I contacted customer service about an issue with one of the pairs, they replied immediately and dealt with it to my satisfaction. I plan to buy boots and heels from this company in the next couple of weeks as their shoes are the only ones I can wear without suffering from painful feet.

They said that I had not provided them with my eircode (Irish postcode) but I had provided them with my full address, eircode and telephone number. They could have contacted me to get the information they said they didn't have and I pointed all this out to them but I got no apology!! Won't bother with this lot again.

United Kingdom | 29 July 2019I ordered a pair of mens leo sandles, I wanted to change size, so i emailed hours after ordering, 4x days later i recieved an email to say they cant do this. I dont understand why when i emailed my response days before dispatch? I had a pair in the past, which are ok considering the miles i walk. But they are too big so i had to get the straps resized, and the velcro didnt line up when tightened!. Customer service poor and resolving such a simple request'just to swap a size down' Im a busy person this is added stress to my life ive now got to wait for them to be delivered and send them back for a size swap. Could of saved me alot of hassel.

I recently purchased the Vionic islander flip flops ready for my holiday, after doing extensive reading that these flip flops were very comfortable - sufficiently comfortable to allow you to walk all day without being in pain. Having paid £38.99 for the shoes plus £5 shipping I expected them to be high quality and comfortable as the reviews state. However I wore these flip flops for just 2 days walking around a town sightseeing, and the toe band absolutely macerated/cheese wired my toe (see image) leaving blood everywhere and me unable to wear these shoes anymore. I did not even wear the shoes for the full 2 days. They are completely unwearable after only 2 days of usage, which is ridiculous. I have complained and asked for a full refund.

United Kingdom | 17 July 2019To date I've returned two pairs of shoes to VionicShoes UK. One pair was an incorrect size and the other was faulty, it fell apart on the second wear. Both items were couriered back by Hermes and on both occasions I had to chase Vionic customer service for my refund. I did eventually receive the refunds but not before I had waited the advised 15 days and then emailed customer services to ask them to look into why I'd not yet been refunded. Totally unacceptable behaviour and I have learned the hard way never to go near this company again. I'd also like to add that given the cost, the quality of Vionic shoes is very poor.

United Kingdom | 21 June 2019I purchased a pair of Vionic Relax navy slippers in April 2019 and they have worn into holes where the big toes go. I wrote to Vionic today and also sent photos 21st June 2019 and the company response is 'it's wear and tear' and there's nothing they can or are willing to do about it. At £50 a pair hardly great quality or great customer service. Very disappointed and will certainly not be spending that sort of money again on a pair of slippers. Strange why the navy one's are no longer on their website when the black & cream are.

I promptly phoned to say I would need to return due to fault and was told to return via Hermes, printing off label. Imagine my utter shock when they refused to return my postage saying I hadn't agreed that beforehand and I hadn't followed their "company procedure" erm I did exactly what I was told by the rather ignorant female who had answered my call. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I am a very experienced online shopper but have never seen customer service like it! Refusing to return postage costs for a faulty item? I'm sure there's a rule about that. Amateur company with apalling customer service and rude staff.

United Kingdom | 25 May 2019I have bought several pairs of Vionic shoes and sandals and, on one pair of sandals, the Velcro fastening has come away from the leather strap and so made them useless. This is poor after two seasons' wear but, according to Vionic, it is 'wear and tear' and so they will not replace them. I have other (less expensive) sandals (e.g. from good old M&S) that I have been wearing for years without problems. Shan't be keen to buy Vionic again.

United States | 22 April 2019Just as the other reviews, my shoe's rubber began peeling from the soles just 4 months after wearing them. Also noteworthy, with my original order, I ordered BLACK shoes and received GRAY shoes. After speaking with Keith McNamera (who's now no longer with the company), I was promised a replacement set or a partial refund. He never followed up for months. Now, trying to get hold of ANYONE at Vionics is a joke. I'll just process a chargeback on my credit card at this point. Terrible!!

United Kingdom | 29 January 2019I’ve purchased many pairs of Vionic shoes over the years and they don’t last more than a few months. I did some research and found they’re produced in some cheap factory in China but selling them for hundreds ripping off the elderly! The lady I spoke to explained that it’s all about the science in the shoes and explained the benefits of the shoes to me however they really need to work on the quality. From now I’ll just stick to purchasing some basic orthotics and putting them into shoes that last a lot longer without such a hefty price tag! 6 month guarantee for a pair of shoes that cost £120 just isn’t good enough.

Emailed the company, admittedly I did have to chase it up but when I did get a reply I was offered a full refund plus postage, no quibble so I would happily recommend and deal with them again.

United Kingdom | 31 July 2018I have many pairs of Vionic shoes and they really do help with plantar fasciitis. I have usually bought elsewhere than from their own website. I have recommended several people to this company which I now regret as their customer service is truly appalling. I was concerned that 2 pairs of shoes I had returned had not been refunded after over 3 weeks. I tried to call but always got a message saying 'please enter a mailbox number' and there was no chance to leave a message or speak to a human being. I sent an email expressing extreme concern as to whether the business was going bust - no reply. After a few days I was also able to leave a phone message - again no reply. I emailed again attaching the proof of posting for both items. I was about to claim via the Post Office. Two days later I got an email saying they were refunding one pair!! This was for the most recently returned pair of shoes and no mention of the earlier pair of shoes. I called and actually got through to a human being. This person explained that they had staff shortages the week before with 2 people off ill. A well run business should be able to cope with this. She located my emails and sent me a further note confirming a refund for the earlier purchased pair of shoes. I also pointed out that I had only needed to buy 3 sizes of the one style shoes because they had been mis-sized and were far smaller than the size indicated. They do not allow feedback on their website so no other customers were able to warn me of this. Remember I have several pairs of Vionic shoes so I know the normal sizing. Because I had really wanted the shoes for a holiday, I had ended up paying £18 in postage but still didn't get the correct size on time for my holiday. All this was in the emails I sent and I repeated it to the person on the phone. She refunded me only £5 of my postage costs. There are other shoes on the website that I would like to buy but I do not want to ever deal with this company again.

United Kingdom | 29 May 2018AMAZING...has anyone else seen the video of ' Vionic with Orthaheel Technology Natural Relief ' on youtube? it shows how our knees and ankles are pointing in the wrong direction from continuous walking on concrete surfaces.they also sell on q.v.c. and i am saving/waiting for a sale.
