Firstly I am or indeed was a great fan of Vionic, I must have over ten pairs of shoes and I was always amazed by their speed of delivery and refunds. However I purchased some trainers which gave me such foot pain I immediately returned on the 21st July (I had had them only a day ) and whilst their website states 10 days for refunds I have always found them to be super quick at this. I have sent an email, no reply, called but no pick up ?? I understand from other reviews that they are experiencing technology teething problems but reputations are lost so quickly when the customer has no idea what is going on !

1st time customer and wouldn’t order from them again. I ordered a 5.5 and received a box with the correct label. What I didn’t find out until later was that they had sent me a size 6 shoe. When I emailed them about this their response was “Please note that the size you decide to purchase will be accurately printed on the shoebox label, it is possible that the size label in the shoe itself may not match exactly.” What an outrageous response. I wonder what shoe you would receive if you ordered a size 6? I tried on a 5 from another retailer( shoe labelled 5) and the difference bw the 5 and the supposed 5.5 from Vionic was huge. I have no faith in their supposed review of sizing. Why would I spend a fortune on postage when I have no trust in their sizing? All very misleading. I’ve just received a refund for postage which I only got after I complained. Shocking customer service hence this review. Just read the response to my review which looks like a standard, copy and paste response and not personal. I’m a 1st time customer and yet you say if you’ve bought from us before?? Will not be buying from Vionic in future.

Sizes are a mess! Sizes are just a mess on Vionic shoes. I bought what I thought was my size, because the previous pair was 38.5 and fitted well, I thought the sizes would be consistent. But turns out it's too tight. I have bought shoes on vionic several times before, but since they "improved" the size fit, nothing fits! I feel they keep changing the sizes all the time, but as an online buyer, how do you deal with that?? Buy multiple sizes and return the ones that don't fit?? It's just absurd. On top of that, you are still paying £5.99 for postage, which is a money you don't get back! It's the last time I buy shoes from Vionic.

Can't access website. Like Fort Knox. Constantly having to ask for permission to enter the website. Been going on all year. Bit over them really. Ridiculous.

Vionic are normally excellent, however their customer service at present is awful. They don’t answer the phones and don’t respond to emails. I would be very cautious about using them again. Still waiting for my parcel to arrive 😡

Bad customer service Order Number 14000262404 Hi I ordered my shoes a week ago and my order confirmation came through on July 2nd and I have had no further communication even though my order status says ‘Sent’. Despite calls to Customer Services with no call back as promised and 2 emails both with no reply! All I wanted was an Evri tracking number or reassurance that the order was ‘live’. However, I have now got to the point of writing this review as a last resort way to communicate my request for a full refund including postage (£40.98) as the shoes have not arrived as promised. More disappointed than angry. From Barbara Millard

Its my first time using the customer service and im very impressed how good they managed it. I bought my first pair of boots and months later it broked the sole so I got in touch and they promptly offered me a replacement but they didn’t have my size so they send me a store credit to get new pair of my choice. Took about 3 weeks for everything but im really happy with this and now I can continue treating my plantar fasciitis. Thanks guys

I have been using VIONIC for a few years now and usually order their slippers. I had always found their customer service ok until now unfortunately. Recently I ordered four pairs of trainers just to try and find something that worked for me but unfortunately none of them fit so I’ve had to return them. Meanwhile I’ve been trying to contact customer service to get advice and there is absolutely no answer on their phone, and no answer to my emails. Very frustrating. It has totally put me off using Vionic ever again I will take my business elsewhere. UPDATE: I received a full refund quite quickly, but no acknowledgement of my disappointment and no apology.

The same a reviews below, I returned a pair of Amber Sandals to Vionic on the 15th June (17 days ago) via their returns process with EVRI, I have heard nothing from Vionic regarding the £80 refund that is due. I have emailed them multliple times, used the contact method on the website and wasted further time calling an always unanswered phone that goes to voice mail. I left one of those too, and nothing. I am so disappointed in the company. I have to wear orthotics, my podiatrist recommended the company to me, but I can't risk this happening to me again, so will have to take my business else where and contact my bank to recover my money. Furious.

Order 15000165961 I ordered an expensive pair of white casual trainers and they arrived marked and stained. I was offered a 20% refund if I wanted to keep them but all I wanted was an exchange and a free collection of a damaged item, that was not an option and I had to return for refund which I did via Evri parcel shop on the 23rd June and I reordered another pair with a 10% discount offered and free delivery. There has since been no email confirmation of the return and no refund. Attempts to call them have failed as automated messages with each call saying nobody available to answer calls and leave a message! No email replies either, totally unacceptable customer experience!. I’ve had enough, I am claiming a chargeback from my bank.

I initiated a return of some sandals I recently bought on the 11th June under return number 14000260692. It has now been over two weeks since I returned my item and I have received no updates on the status of my return from Vionic or a refund of my money. It's a whole different website for their returns process. This website wouldn't even work the first time - it wouldn't accept my order number or my email. Overall the customer experience has been woeful if you have any issues with your purchase.

I returned a pair of slippers that were too wide last Monday 24th June. I followered the instructions and took my box to an evri inpost locker. The storekeeper said I should receive an email stating it’s been picked up but I never did. I’ve called vionic several times and left 3 messages as no one seems to pick up the phone. Also sent an email and still no response. This is shocking from vionic as I’ve never had any issues in the past.

After purchasing a pair of trainers for my wife, I had to return then due to incorrect size. Other shoe sizes have been fine but the trainers were on the large size. Got a QR code for the return, and dropped off the package. This was on 10th June. Shoes returned to Vionic on the 12th. Now over 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for a refund (site does say it can take up to 10 days). No-one answers the phone, goes straight to voicemail, left 4 messages with name, number and order details, and no-one bothers to respond. Sent a couple of emails - again no response. Worst customer service I have ever received.

I have sent a mail stating that I have been blocked to see your offers through your mails to me by mistake. You make no attempt to unblock this so that I am able to see and buy what I would like. As a customer I should be able to read your offers so that I can select my preference. Please unblock your mails to my email id ASAP.

I wrote to this company asking for help with a return and they just simply said they knew of the issue and to wait and try again! Why couldn't they send me a return label?? Other business do that! Rubbish service

An order failed to be delivered, not the fault of Vionic. When reported to Vionic there was the offer of 'starting again' or a refund. I had missed the event I was planning to wear the shoes for and so I chose a refund. This has been quickly dealt with. Great service. Thankyou Vionic/Gemma!
