I continue to check to see if Vionic has come back to making and selling orthotic dress shoes. I check the website, send an email and continue to receive the same rote reply each time for the past two years. Just let your "Yes" be yes, and your "No" be no. Don't keep sending the same "automatic reply". "Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate your interest in Vionic shoes! Our Product Team is working on expanding our men's style options in the future. In fact it is a current focus for us and we plan to deliver new ranges in the next few months. Amazing service from Vionic. The delivery came by overnight courier and delivered on Good Friday - outstanding ! Customer service for the tiny issue with the trainers I ordered was speedy and excellent. Thank you Vionic Shoes !

Really disappointed with this company, customer service isn’t brilliant, takes days for them to reply. Now they are stopping a size 8.5 in the shoe I have purchased on several occasions. Unfortunately I will now have to spend my £110 elsewhere as they obviously don’t care about there customers needs.

After EVRI failed to deliver my new slippers they passed the problem over to you even though it was not your fault. I felt that was wrong so really appreciated your willingness to send a replacement pair. Gemma in Customer Care was brilliant throughout. Very quick to respond and very helpful. I have just received my Raysa sandals and they will have to go back. The straps are so loose and I have wide feet - but I will never be able to keep them on. It’s a pity because my podiatrist suggested I get them!

Tried on trainers after sorting out correct size and they altered my gait immediately. Kept them on when I left the shop. Lovely assistant in the Wallingford shop. I'd driven 25miles in pouring rain to get there. Worth it.

Good experience here with an issue with unexpected wear on the shoes. Unfortunately they no longer stock them so was offered a full refund with no issues whatsoever. Great to deal with, will buy again.

Unfortunately I had to return the shoes as they didnt fit and it was difficult trying to return them from a West Coast Island in Scotland. However the company did everything they could to ensure I could have the parcel picked up from my house for which I am very grateful

Was on holiday in Australia recently and had purchased a pair of Vionic trainers to wear beforehand. After a few wears the upper of one shoe came adrift. I contacted Vionic customer service including photos of the damaged shoe. I was delighted with the immediate response from them. A new pair of trainers was despatched to my UK address to coincide with my return home. There was no quibbling on their part. Absolutely delighted with their customer after services. I have bought a number of products from Vionic and would highly recommend them. Thanks to Gemma!

Having bought shoes for my son with great success from here I now find the site almost ridiculous, hardly any shoes for men. What is going on? Are they in the process of shutting down? Surely they still manufacture shoes and if so where are they as there are none on their website.

Customer Services don’t seem to understand, following three emails, that I have been sent the wrong size product, would like to return this product and have a free delivery of the size that I actually ordered. I even have the delivery note stating the size I ordered and contradictory photos of the product that arrived in the wrong size. I’m not sure how much clearer I can be, I’ve even sent the photos.

After finding that I now have to wear arch support footwear I really didn’t know where to start. I contacted Vionic by phone and asked relevant questions on sizing, a lovely lady called Gemma was so helpful, I ordered the stylish shoes and they arrived the very next day and fit superbly, I will definitely be ordering more.

Gemma was not helpful. Sam Edelman shoes sent me a different size than I ordered and refused to let me exchange the shoes and Gemma was not helpful in hearing my case, I have no choice but to take this up with small claims court now

Received an email to say there has been an inventory discrepancy so my trainers order is now cancelled as they are sold out! I am offered a discount on my next order as a gesture of goodwill, but sorry, I am very disappointed. It is so difficult to get an E fitting in a stylish trainer, plus at a good price!
