United Kingdom | 30 January 2024I bought a pair of ‘trainers’ about two years ago and, after general use, the canvas top split apart from the side and sole. When I questioned Vionic about this and sent photos, they replied that they believe the split was caused by “general wear and tear”. For info I am not overweight, I did not play squash or other sports in them, merely walking. Be aware - you’ll be paying a high price for a pair of comfortable shoes which may not last more than a couple of years!

After a week I contacted Lyndsay at Vionic who was most helpful, asked me to return a claim form on line, and has immediately despatched replacement goods. I was kept informed at every stage and will be happy to do business with Vionic again.

She has guided me on sizing as some shoes you have to size up and is very knowledgeable. Delivery and returns are prompt too. Often you have to leave a message and she will get back to you as Gemma is the only one manning the phone. Thank you for your service Gemma much appreciated x

United Kingdom | 15 December 2023With a return reaching its due date... I have been struggling to get someone to reply to my emails and phone messages (no one answers the phone). I originally got a QR code which I couldn't open and then wasn't allowed to request another. I left messages and emails as above with no answer. These are good shoes recommended to me but sizing erratic and in London I cannot find a stockist at all, hence bought online. I won't buy again as it's so difficult to buy (no where to try) and then difficult to return.

Recommended to wear orthotics by healthcare professionals, but as I work from home and don’t wear shoes in the home for most of the day, that’s little help. Then I saw that Vionic sell slippers with arch support. Took a punt, been a week now and the pain and tingling is much reduced. I have support around the house but also still feel comfy in my slippers, wonderful

United Kingdom | 07 December 2023I sent a detailed email wanting and querying shoes sizes and styles and I feel none of my queries were dealt with nor even understood what I was asking. Seems shoes sizes are hit and miss for being out of stock and seems to also be that more stock is never replenished. I am a new customer to you and I am very disappointed with the reply email received, which also took several days later for you to reply. This has put me off using you now, even though I was recommended to try you guys from a friend of mine. Please sort your customer service department.

United Kingdom | 03 December 2023I ordered some casual trainers in a size 5, but it took Evri AGES to deliver them to my local pickup point. I contacted Vionic and they chased it up, and refunded the postage cost. When I received them, the trainers were a bit loose, so Gemma in Customer Services recommended I try a 4.5 instead. I sent the first pair back, and she refunded the postage on the new pair and honoured the discounted price I'd paid for the others (as the promotion had since expired). That pair fitted well, but the one of the laces was damaged. It seemed crazy to send the shoes back for an exchange, so instead Gemma offered a further discount on the shoes so I could buy some new laces. The trainers are very comfortable with the right level of support for my high arches; and the Customer Service has been great.
