Have many pairs of vionic beach shoes but this past order was defective and I returned them. When my refund came through I did not get my shipping charge back. Because they were defective I wrote Vionic and within a few days received my shipping refund. Great customer.er service

Disappointed with no response via the phone but an email produced an excellent result. quick and perfect answer - re return of shoes which just did not fit - great outcome and will definitely hope to take my business to this company again - thankyou.

Very disappointing response, because I bought via Brand Alley they refuse to help even though one boot has a faulty inner sole with a ridge across the whole width, which resulted in a very painful rubbed toe. I bought a pair of trainers because I was happy with the boots until I wore them for more than a few minutes. So much for customer service, I won't be dealing with them again.

Since being told by the podiatrist about vionics I have always worn their footware and would recommend it for comfort and quality. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, particularly so when there was an issue with a recent return. Gemma investigated promptly, kept me informed, and arranged my refund when the situation was resolved. I would highly recommend this company!

I made an order on Tuesday and it arrived Wednesday- you cannot fault delivery times. I made an order on Wednesday and made a mistake - they very kindly stoped my order and refunded my money on Wednesday. I then placed another order - their customer service is excellent. Thank you all for your help.

Trainers I ordered came but was a fault with them . I let customer service know and they asked for a photo - once I sent that they were very helpful & very promptly sent a replacement .

Excellent customer service by Gemma. I made a huge error by choosing the wrong item on the return form. I emailed them and was promptly responded and received the correct refund. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more stuff from vionic. Their foot technology is a blessing for people like me who need arch support.

Excellent quality shoes, exceptional service. I rate Vionic extremely highly in all regards. I have been buying Vionic shoes for some years now, it is my brand of choice. I had a problem recently and Vionic customer care agent Gemma leapt into action to sort it. I am extremely grateful for the swift, no nonsense response from Vionic, which again reinforces why it is a brand that I trust and rely on.

I have had a few pairs of vionic footwear and been delighted with all of them except for the last pair which I had a problem with. I had already thrown all the packaging away and thought I would not be able to return them. Fortunately when I contacted vionic they told me I could still return them. They acted promptly and I am pleased with the outcome

Have been buying vionics for years and for years the quality been declining. Last pair purchased is actually worse than 3times cheaper Amazon version of vionics flipflops. Feels like i been scammed.

I r bought 3 pair of paisley trainers, the first pair are falling apart. They leak badly and the sole on 1shoe is falling off. I’ve notified Vionic who asked for pictures which I cannot Send to them. I’ve telephoned them and asked why there is no link or anything to attach the pictures too. I have tried 3 more emails but no reply. I consider the after sales service nonexistent!! A MARNEY

i bought quite a lot of pairs of shoes some years back - tried to buy another pair - website was never working and customer service non-existent. My second pair of trainers - replacement for the first pair got a tear on the little toe after a few months only. I feel that the quality of the shoes have deteriorated and the cost vs quality value is no longer there.

I bought some beautiful waterproof Sam Edelman boots, which I love, but unfortunately they did not last very long. They split on the soles. When I contacted customer services they said there was nothing they could do and suggested I take them to the cobblers. I have many outfits bought to go with the boots, so this is extremely disappointing.

I ordered a pair of vionic slippers about 6 months ago. I have washed them twice and they washed fine although it does say no washing machine. These slippers are still just perfect for me. They are so comfortable and give me the support I need for high arch. The soles are also excellent for me as they are quite thick. I can tell they are really great quality and I really hope vionic keep up the fantastic standard.

Having received a faulty pair of sandals, Customer Service were brilliant and I received a replacement pair the next day. As for the sandals, I now have the same style in 5 colours, they're so good!
