Received a pair of faulty shoes. There was a hole in the leather on the top of the shoe so I dont know how this was missed. I sent them back and Vionic didnt refund the orignal postage costs. This fault wasted my time and money. GO ELSEWHERE for your shoes. I won't be using Vionic again. Order #14000244414

Well … I’ve never before written a review for a product I haven’t received yet … but Vionics customer care have been so impressive that I rank them up there with Harrods. Evri (yep, them again!) delivered to the wrong address. Daily messages to Evri elicited no response. But the moment I copied Vionics customer care in on one of my many missives to Evri that was it - whoosh. They took over completely and within a day Gemma offered to re-send a new parcel of the sandals I’d ordered or a complete no quibble refund. Alas, the sandals I’d ordered were now out of stock in my size, so they popped the money straight back into my account. More than that they gave me a discount code against future orders, along with free delivery. Outstanding service for their customers … let down only by their relationship with Evri. I’m now on the lookout for Vionics sandals and shoes I like in my size and will have absolutely no hesitation in placing my order, safe in the knowledge that they will value my custom and look after me come what may. Fabulous Vionics customer care experience with an excellent ambassador for the brand in Gemma. Thank you.

Card kept getting declined as they don't accommodate 2 factor authentication for security so not only behind the times but losing money from customers which seems silly and it's affecting their reputation with customers. Wrong phone no on website. The correct one shown (there are 2) is not great for many mobiles which don't allow 0800 calls. As a fix a customer service agent said she would call but did not. waste of my time trying to make a simple purchase.

A pair of trainers occasionally worn has disintegrated at the heel. I’ve been in touch with customer services who deem it to be wear and tear. You can see from the soles and uppers that they’ve not been worn regularly. I’ve never had this issue before with shoes falling apart. They have offered me a discount off another pair however I don’t have confidence in the brand. Vionics are expensive, they should do better and should not be going to landfill in less than a year.

I ordered footwear, which didn't arrive. Not due to Vionic, but Evri. It was apparently left in my rubbish bin, which was obviously collected by the council. Id had no note to tell me to look there. Vionic gave me an immediate refund of the item and postage. Excellent service.

Slow delivery, over a week. Currently non existent refund on returns. Phone service apparently manned 10 - 4 weekdays, automatically puts you through to answer service but they don’t bother replying to you. Email query currently states they’ll get back to you within 3 days but is longer. Unfortunately they use Evri formerly Hermes who have a terrible reputation as the worse delivery Couriers which is why they changed their name most likely. Vionic Caleres say they do free returns but don’t because Evri do not collect. I’ve just had to pay to have a pair of trainers returned through Royal Mail 3 weeks ago and still haven’t been refunded (Aug 23) Saying they have FREE RETURNS is MISREPRESENTATION and a matter for Trading Standards to follow up which I’m now looking into. I will not be buying shoes from Vionic Caleres again as they’re not particularly comfortable shoes and will return to Fitflops who have a better and wider range of shoes which are superior quality in my experience.

I bought a pair from Next. I have Fibromyalgia and Vionics came up as a brand to help with leg pain, so I bought them. To start with I found them comfortable and well fitting, they are very supportive around the heel. Due to my Fibro I don't walk far and am unable to stand for more than a few minutes. I had the trainers less than 3 months and the very bottom layer of sole had come away in 6 places - for £95 and less than 3 months of use at work I did not expect that, they were returned. I wont buy another pair as it has put me off, if these shoes had come up trumps I would have ended up buying several pairs - now I wont even bother Edit: I have been offered a discount eventhough I have already stated I won't be buying them again!! Once bitten, twice shy.

Excellent customer service. Following an initial misunderstanding of why I was making a complaint over an incorrect size of slippers being sent out to me, Lyndsay agreed to send me out a replacement pair free of charge. I would certainly recommend Vionic for both their excellent shoes and their excellent customer service.

Very professional service. My issue was resolved quickly, and to my satisfaction. Issues can occur, but when they are put right quickly and efficiently they are soon forgotten. The slippers are of good quality, provide great support, and they look super.

Truly have to be the worst brand and service Purchased a pair of GABRIELA WOVEN SLIDE SANDAL from Macy’s - found the right wider to the left but have an identical pair in different colour and no issues!!! So emailed the manufacturer Sam Edelman and this was their response Customer Care (Sam Edelman) 2 Aug 2023, 14:38 UTC Good afternoon, Thank you for your email Unfortunately, as you did not purchase this item directly from Vionic, we are unable to provide further assistance with this. Why would I want to purchase again if they can’t even explain why one foot is wider than the other and identical pair has not got this issue?????

I'm now leaving a single star. Extremely upset that neither the supplier nor manufacturer were able to support my complaint. I'd like to clarify that I did not ask for a refund. I had asked if there was a suitable glue, or replacement leather cover I could get sent initially. I'm flummoxed over returns. I'd worn the sandals late last summer for a few months, but not daily. I'd only just started to wear the sandals again a year later. It was at this point I'd noticed the failure of the glue then the rip along the burnt areas of branded design after a day out. At this point I contacted the original supplier and subsequently Vionic themselves. I'd have been happy either with a glue, or replacement leather as I had worn the sandals. If this wasn't an option a better % discount offer on a replacement may have allowed me to test this brand again. Sadly 10% off a new purchase is unsatisfactory to give the quality of the brand the benefit of the chance and a second trial to change my mind. I'm sad as the upper leather quality, fit and general comfort was what I was really liking. Back to Birkinstock I think which sadly isn't always immediately comfortable, however, has the quality and durability which banks it for me for money paid out. 😞

Website states next day delivery which is misleading. My order was delivered two days late, and customer service and attitude was very poor, stating that next day delivery could be in the evening…….and even that never happened. My order showed as “sent” but then the following day received email for credit without explanation, which turned out was the item that was listed as “sent” on account. Emails took a week to get response Extremely poor and would not recommend. Would actually leave zero stars if that was possible

Excellent customer service, I purchased a pair of winny trainers last year and sadly one shoe has the sole coming away from the toe of the shoe. I rang customer service and spoke to Gemma, she was very helpful and after sending photos of the shoe in question she replaced them free of charge. Cannot recommend Vionic highly enough

Very comfy sandals but poor quality for the price Leather wore off them after a month …. Am expecting a new pair to replace them, however although customer service is prompt it is not very efficient waiting my time and yours…for example, questions asked several times that were in the email trail, replacement didn’t arrive but I was sent a photo to show they they had….unfortunately it was a photo of the original delivery, the date clearly visible. Just a bit careless. Also I was asked to complete a form, not attached to email twice! Either busy or bored!

My rhuemotologist recommended this company and I can say without doubt I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone, extremely comfortable shoes with great support from first wear. I had a problem with one pair and the customer service was 2nd to none, Gemma responded to my email immediately and gave great service, I will be buying again :)
