Customer support (thank you Gemma!) was terrific during a delivery drama that Evri bungled badly. Vionic stayed on the case with me and contacted their transport team for updates on delivery. It would have been easy to push the problem over the Evri, who really was at fault, but Vionic really came through. Thank you again!

Re ordered with the right code as given for free delivery, as the first pair was too big wouldn't except it. Made a complaint They have now put the shoes up by £45 then answered my complaint, so won't be bothering now.thank you.

The small print in Vionic’s Welcome Offer makes it next to useless, especially during the summer sale season, and feels very disingenuous. (“The discount code must be used on full price purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. Only products with all colour variations at full price are eligible for this offer”). If it is intended to engage customers and build loyalty it’s done the compete opposite for me. Think again Marketing department.

Oh my goodness!!! My plantar fasciitis started one morning with a vengeance, about 7 weeks ago and a fellow sufferer recommended the Vionic shoes .. I will be forever grateful to him! I bought several pairs in the hope that all eventualities would be covered (wet weather/rain/sun and am so delighted with them that I have gone on to buy another 2 pairs of 1 particular shoe as they look so pretty and are so comfy (Bella Toe Post)! I have also been using a PlantaCure vibrator on the heel and doing physio on my heel, but put most of the improvement down to the shoes. The information leaflet said not to wear them for longer than1 or 2 hours on the first few days, but I found them to be so comfortable that I didn't want to take them off and wore them for the whole evening the day they arrived. Having ordered them on the Friday pm at 4.15, I was staggered that they were delivered at just before 11am the next day ... honestly, don't miss the chance to have some of these wonderful shoes ... money well invested, particularly for plantar fasciitis sufferers! Gemma too deserves a mention ... she has been so incredibly helpful (& patient ;-)) ... thank you Gemma!

I probably should have written a review sooner as I’ve been buying their shoes for a couple of years! Vionic are proof that footwear for plantar facilities doesn’t have to be frumpy!! I particularly love their casual trainers. They are sooo comfortable (no pf pain when wearing them) but still stylish! And I can’t fault their customer service. I recently returned an order but it didn’t arrive back. They refunded me no quibble and said they’d take it up with the courier. Stress free shopping. Love this brand.

Can't rate vionic highly enough, I couldn't walk last week with sever planter facitis, I ordered sandals on Thursday and I received them in Ireland on Monday morning, I couldn't believe the difference in my feet when I put them on,the relief is unbelievable, I can walk again.Thank you so much for such speedy delivery and excellent customer service, will definitely be ordering more.

I lurched a pair of sandals unfortunately because my feet are on the narrow side ,I quality of foot wear was excellent so I was sorry . I then tried a return only to find my nearest drop off point was more than 1/1/2 miles away I do not drive no public transport . On mailing help line every thing was sorted very quickly ,my purchase was pick up For return .I have since had confirmation that it has been received . I cannot be more impressed with the thought care and just for sorting every thing so quickly . I was informed of every step . I just wish there were more companies like you who look after their customers so wel , I will be back

Vionic shoes are so comfortable I was disappointed to find mine had developed a fault after about 9 months. However I contacted customer services who resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

Excellent, prompt customer service. I bought a pair of Vionic’s Adler slippers and found them supremely comfortable. Unfortunately part of the stitching at the front of one slipper came apart only a few weeks later. Customer Service has immediately replaced them with a new pair, for which I am grateful and very happy to buy from Vionic in future.

Very poor customer service . They take days to reply to messages . I had problems with my returns label . Eventually I paid the returns postage myself to facilitate the return . I am a loyal repurchaser of Vionics however Caleres are a nightmare to deal with . I have therefore placed my order for Vionics with Simply Feet instead

Received an update from Vionic. which has necessitated me upgrading from one star to 3 stars. Numbers one two and three still stand but I have now added a number four...1...I tried to phone them on 4 days last week, plus both days of this week...same old message about phone lines down and engineers working hard to resolve it...2..Sent an email to them a wek ago...didnt get answered for 4 days and when they did they told me to use a code to get free delivery and shoe discount. The code I used failed after trying twice and now I have 3 pairs of same shoe on order.....3..I cannot find anywhere to drop the order from 3 pairs to one. So still waiting for Customer Service to come back....how long is a bit of string...4..After Vionic contacting me I am pleased to say most of issues have been resolved

I am still waiting to receive two pairs of sandals, purchased and paid for (next day delivery) on 27th April, 39 days ago. The first delivery was apparently lost by the courier. The replacements offered to me, apparently dispatched on 22nd May, have still not arrived. The courier, EVRI, has - according to its tracking system - had them out for delivery since 8.06am on Tuesday 23rd May. I have heard nothing from Vionics customer services since 10 days ago, 26th May. I have no idea what do I have to do to get this thing sorted. An update to let you know how this ended: once the above review was posted, Vionics got in touch with me. They sent one pair of sandals using a different courier, and so fulfilled half the order, 6 weeks late. They refunded the unfulfilled order (by this time they were out of stock of the second sandals) and the price I had paid for 1-day delivery, and they posted the note below. So the situation was resolved, but not to my satisfaction as I didn’t get what I had ordered, through their incompetence. Their process is hugely flawed and needs a major overhaul, I won’t buy direct from Vionics again. The upside is I then went online and ordered the missing sandals from another company, who delivered them for free within 2 days.

Really comfortable, well made shoes! They fit my wide feet beautifully, support my dodgy arches, and I happily walk miles in them. Highly recommend. (I have bought black ankle boots and white trainers)
