It was an excellent experience with Hawk & Bull, from ordering to receiving the quality zip-up. Ahmed was providing wonderful and professional support.

Terrible quality, no support from customer service. Total scam. I bought a jacket, which was delivered rolled into a small plastic bag. It arrived crumpled dirty looking and covered in what looked like lint. I paid to have it dry cleaned and reached out to the company- no reply. After cleaning it I could see it had tiny hard white bits all over the fabric and was completely unwearable. The company then wanted me to pay to return it. Avoid this company.

Very friendly, very timely, great service during the order process, and most important of all: a real great jacket! It looks exactliy the way I wanted it and it fits perfectly.

I initially wrote a 1 star review and questioned the validity of this company. They have said no comms was due to a server error. The jacket finally turned up and as I have said directly to Hawk and Bull, it is of good quality, an excellent fit, very good workmanship. I am very happy with the jacket and whilst extremely frustated with the poor communications, it appears this was out of their control. I would purchase from them again.

Great Customer Service From Day One! I wasn’t sure which size I needed to order, so I was excited when they emailed me for measurements for the person receiving the gift. This helped me because I had no idea which size I should purchase. Ahmed was Awesome!! He replied to every email that I sent. The coat I ordered was absolutely beautiful. My boyfriend loved his special gift which was what I was hoping would happen.

I love my jacket! You’re contacted when you order for more measurements, so your basically get a custom/tailored fit . Mine fits like a glove !! Only small issue was the overpowering smell of protector……. Hope it fades.

I recently purchased a jacket from hawk and bull. The leather quality was really good but unfortunately the cut/fitment just wasn't right even after taking measurements. After reading reviews on here I really thought I would struggle to get a refund but to my amazement Ahmed reached out to me and sorted everything smoothly gaining a full refund. So I can't knock their customer service. So on the basis of the quality of leather and customer service I'll give them 5 stars but the jacket just wasn't right for me.

When I placed my order, I was immediately given a dedicated member of the team (Ahmed), who looked after me through to delivery. The Service has been A1 and faultless; and the product is excellent. My Jacket looks amazing and it fits really well.

Ordered a jacket from Hawk and Bull that was advertised as real leather. Arrived today 4 weeks after ordering and it’s definitely not leather. Good fit, nice lining, well packaged, good design but definitely not leather. Not worth £150 I paid. Don’t be fooled by the union jacks and traditional name etc. They’re made in Pakistan. My advice would be to go on holiday to Turkey and get a similar quality jacket for £50 from one of the bazaars. Spend the spare £100 on kebabs and beer!

Just received the James Bond suede jacket, firstly its dirty black marks all over it secondly its yellow not tan and thirdly the material is not suede its like a chamois leather I have basically paid £149 for a yellow chamois leather jacket.. it then goes on to say returns are at the customers expense and anything that has been made to order will not be refunded, they contact you to ask you your measurements so DO NOT USE COMPANY.

Purchased a coat which is how it looked in the picture and quality ok however the coat is too big and I have emailed the company 5 times as instructed on the returns leaflet and heard nothing at all! I am now going to leave it with my bank and hopefully they can sort it. Never again!!

Jacket arrived in good time but in black rather than brown. Had a terrible smell to it. Might have been the chemicals they used to cure the sheep skin. They suggested I put it outside for a couple of days. In the snow ??? Jacket at least 4 inches too short at the front. Outside pockets set too far back for easy access. 42 inch chest ordered arrived almost tight. If the supplier was nearer I would have sent it back and asked for a refund.

Bought an aviator jacket that arrived promptly during my Christmas break so I had something to give my father (it was the 27th but that is great considering how late in the holiday season I ordered it). Great jacket, great fit and my dad loved it.

SCAMMERS!! BEWARE!!! Should be 0 stars. Almost 5 weeks ago we ordered a jacket and it still has not arrived. Plenty of excuses have been offered, but no jacket has been shipped. Can only conclude they are liars and scammers.

I researched several companies before buying a leather coat. Something I had wanted for many years. I tend to look at who the company is (“About Us”) before deciding on purchases like this. Many of the other suppliers seemed to be just online stores , and a marketing face, with no real interest or expertise in the product. But the Hawk & Bull guys looked very legit. Sure enough as soon as I placed my order I got a personal email ( no e-commerce auto email) to thank me and and to check my sizes before they made the coat. While the cost was being made I received a few more personal messages just to keep me updated. When the package arrived only 10 days later, I could tell this was a real company with real people. The package was hand wrapped. And the coat you can tell is handmade. It fits perfectly and looks great.

I ordered the Benedict black coat for my husband for Christmas having read the positive reviews on here. The coat was awful. It was made out of a felt material and was nothing like the picture on the website! They offered me a discount to send it back to Pakistan and have it altered, then didn't respond when I asked for a refund. Luckily I paid with Paypal and when Paypal contacted them they gave me a UK address to return the coat. They said they would refund me in 3-5 days, but they didn't, it took raising a Paypal dispute to get a refund. I wish I'd read the bad reviews before purchasing.
