I got my jacket custom fitted turned out great. Leather is nice good quality warm too. They even send you an email to verify that you got it. Great customer service

I found Hawk and Bull online because I was looking for a leather jacket for my son. He rides a motorbike and has a birthday coming up ;-) I was sceptical at first because of the long distance. But everything went well. The jacket was delivered on time by UPS. The quality is convincing and it would even have been possible to order changes to the standard size XL (e.g. longer sleeves). I received an extra email from H&B after my order. I think my son will enjoy it for a long time as the zip fasteners are very sturdy and smooth-running. Finally an online shop that keeps its promises!

Ich habe eine Fliegerjacke bestellt extra mit Expressversandt (3-5 Tage). Sie kam nach 8 Tagen und ich musste noch 23 Euro Zoll zahlen. Die Jacke hat kein Lammfell sonder billiges Polyester und die Nähte sind schief. Die Firma antwortet nicht und ich versuch über Paypal mein Geld zurück zu bekommen Nachtrag: nachdem ich den Fall bei Paypal gemeldet hatte, und die Frist zur Hälfte abgelaufen war, hat sich die Firma gemeldet und hat mir die Adresse zur Rücksendung mitgeteilt. Sie haben mir dann auch mein Geld zurück überwiesen.

I paid £159 for a coat which arrived in a small package,very poor quality, and nowhere like the description. On reaching out to the customer services guys ,I was asked if I will keep the coat for a 50% refund. The quality was appalling and i refused. The customer services guy then wrote back referring to me as a "thingumajig" ,not only a appalling product, atrocious customer service,stay well away !!!
