I was a bit unsure at first, but after several e-mails and questions answered quickly, I sent measurements and received my purchase which fit very well and was a high-quality product. Would recommend them as they were a lot better to deal with than other companies I have delt with in the past

I always wanted a leather coat and happened across the Hawk and Bull site. After trying to work out the fit off the rack, I was contacted by Ahmed who suggested a custom name. He stepped me through the measurement process and away we went! Ahmed kept me informed the whole way. When the coat arrived (on time and very quickly) it was amazing! Perfect fit, fantastic leather and amazing workmanship. I couldn’t be happier and cannot recommend Gawk and Bill highly enough. Thanks team great work!

Got a jacket from hawk and bull for my father in law. He is a man that pretty much is hard to empress. The jacket was amazing. He was smiling ear to ear before he was able to finish taking out of the box we wrapped it in. He put it on and it fit him just right. Thank you for making my father in law one happy man

Haven’t really had a chance to use this winter coat but it’s beautiful. Tthe leather is soft and the interior lining is also beautiful. I love the fur on the hat, and the fact of the hat detaches. My only drawback is that it seems a little bit lightweight for a winter coat as far as the filling goes, but like I said previously I have not worn it yet and now it’s spring.

Recently ordered a jacket off them and was unable to pay the import tax fee. After reaching out to them to explain the issue they kindly offered me a 27 pound partial refund to help pay. I was not expecting such kindness and now the jacket has arrived, I'm so glad I bought it. Amazing quality and great customer service! All round 10/10!

Ich habe am 28.01.2024 eine Lederjacke für 179 Euro gekauft. Eine Woche später schickten sie mir die Lederjacke, ich habe große S bestellt firma hat mir M geschick, und das Modell hatte nichts mit den Bildern im Internet zu tun. Ich kontaktierte die Firma und sie schrieb, dass sie mir 20 % Rabatt geben würden, wenn ich die Jacke nicht zurückschicken würde. Ich habe es nicht angenommen. Sie haben mir geschrieben, dass sie mir 50 % Rabatt geben würden. Ich habe ihnen noch einmal gesagt, dass ich es nicht akzeptiert habe. I Ich muss eine Jacke, die ich nicht möchte, nicht annehmen, weil sie reduziert ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Firma erfolgt nur per E-Mail und es dauerte 5 Tage, bis sie auf E-Mails reagierten. Ich habe mein Geld nach einem Monat zurückbekommen. I Empfehle es niemandem.

I've never before had a clothing company contact me to check on measurements before dispatching an order, I thought this was a nice touch, designed to promote confidence in the company. Despite this, however, the RAF Bomber jacket I ordered (in my son's usual size and measurements) was much too small and tight. I was offered a 50% refund if I kept it, but it would have been of no use to me and I chose an exchange to a different jacket (same price, but I preferred the colour of the faux shearling), two sizes bigger than the first. The replacement jacket (an Aviator Coat) is lovely, and slightly bigger (though not two sizes, I'd have thought), although the sleeves are still very tight, due (in both jackets) to the faux shearling linings extending down inside the arms. This is something to bear in mind when ordering, I think, tho not sure what to suggest. There were no tags or labels of any kind on either jacket - not a size, nor cleaning instructions, not even a Hawk and Bull name ?? I chose both jackets not just for the looks, but because they both had two inside and two external pockets, this is hard to get and I'm really pleased with this. I thought I would be able to spot the difference between real leather and faux leather, but, to be honest, if this is faux, this Aviator jacket looks, feels and smells the part. (When I say 'smells', it smells like leather, it doesn't have any sort of unpleasant smell.) It's beautifully soft, flexible, tactile and really well finished - the stitching, especially around the zips, is faultless. It looks the business - and the money, except for the fact that it doesn't have tags or labels. It will certainly keep my son warm, and I'm happy that it will make a much appreciated gift. Can I also add, H&B responded in decent time (next day or two) to my emails about the exchange, and actually sounded as if they'd read what I'd written. (I suspect they all sign themselves as Ahmed, but that doesn't bother me if they actually read my email and respond to it.) Extra points. 😃

Ordered a leather jacket for my dad and was unsure as I’ve never heard of this site before. However, shortly after we placed the order, I received an email asking to get more detailed body measurements to ensure that the jacket they would send is in the correct size. Then came the jacket which I left for my dad to open himself and he was very satisfied with the item. Only slight bad thing was the smell that the jacket came with which of course is natural because of the leather material so the jacket was left out for a few days until the smell was gone. Overall a good shopping experience and responsive customer service.

Ich habe 2 Kurzmäntel bestellt. Die Teile sind nicht im entferntesten mit dem zu vergleichen was angeboten wurde. Der Rotbraune Lederkurzmantel könnte eventuell einmal neben einem Ledermantel gelegen haben. aber Leder ist etwas anderes. Es handelt sich nach meinem Verständnis bei diesem Mantel um ein Kunstlederproduckt. Leider stimmt nicht einmal die Farbe bei diesem Produkt. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen potthässlichen Farbton der das Kunstleder noch unterstreicht. Ich kann nur abraten bei diesem Händler einzukaufen. Auch sollte man nicht vergessen dass auf den Kaufpreis eine nicht unerhebliche Summen für den Einfuhr-Zoll Einfuhr von Bangladesch nach Deutschland von Zollamt in Rechnung gestellt wird. (Dass diese Kosten noch anfallen wurde leider nicht erwähnt. Grenzt an Betrug würde ich sagen). Dafür bekommt man dann zwei minderwertige Kleidungsstücke die der Beschreibung aus dem Angebot in keiner weise auch nur ähneln. Finde es sehr schade wieder so aufgesessen zu sein. Ich möchte mit diesem Händler nichts mehr zu tun haben.

Zipper pull was/is on left side of jacket (Mens jacket). Was told by company that this is "common". I'm in US and have never seen this. Company went silent after they received my statement. I like the style and fit.

Ordered a Sheriff's coat. Color was a little more orange than in the picture. Would have preferred a more tan to brown color but not the biggest deal. Coat fits absolutely perfect and very well made. Has a good weight and nice liner to it. Only problem and why it gets a 4 is the button holes are way to small/stiff. It was so hard to unbutton that I ripped one of them off. I would order a size up from their chart. My measurements indicated I would need a medium but I ordered a large and it fits perfect. Customer service is top notch.
