Compromises have to be made when it comes to quality. The outer shell of the coat is made of real leather, but of poor quality, so that cracks appear in the leather after a short time. Excellent customer service. I ordered online and they promptly emailed to enquire my measurements so that they could ensure the coat would fit. We had a good and polite email exchange and the dispatched my size. Delivery was prompt and I was kept informed. They even followed up after delivery to check I was happy with the coat.

Asked for actual sizes of me, sent me size smaller than I actually ordered which is a far better fit , a clothing company that does research is a new one on me, cannot fault the service and kept up to date on package which arrived earlier than stated , seamless transaction which I will take part in again

Wollte einen Ledermantel und habe ihn bekommen ohne Probleme beim Versand oder sonstiges, war 3 mal verpackt, unbeschädigt und passt ziemlich gut, wurde sogar noch genau gefragt wegen Körpergröße und Maße aber diese mail ist in meinem Spam Ordner gelandet d.h. bis ich das gemerkt und geantwortet habe wurde der Mantel schon verschickt was eh gut war von der Wartezeit her aber passt dennoch genau wie erwartet habe mich auch abgemessen davor trotzdem ein freundlicher Kundenservice weil ich ihnen den Grund fürs nicht antworten noch mitgeteilt habe, beim Leder bin ich jetzt kein Experte also nicht sicher ob es ganz echt ist, es ist mal echtes Leder angegeben und wirkt für mich qualitativ gut auch von der Verarbeitung her, bin zufrieden, Hauptsache ich hab den Mantel den ich wollte, unbeschädigt und er passt. Grüße gehen raus

Update on Hawk & Bull Further to my concerns regarding Hawk & Bull their customer services Ahmed communicated with me regularly. Problem for return solved. Only pay return to UK address then they deal with return. Full refund received. Sadly jacket wasn’t a good fit that’s why returned.

I receive my leather jacket little bit later than expected, but the quality of the jacket compensated for that, and I was very Happy with the quality and the price of the jacket and the service was one of the best (outstanding). Without buying a jacket from the company, you bet I would.

Second time I've ordered a jacket to Hawkbull. The 2 times I was really happy with services and goods quality. Just one suggestion, think about customs fees. Even with that you will have a wonderfull jacket under the local prices.

I ordered the leather biker jacket for my son as a birthday gift. Hawk & Bull were keen to get measurements before they made the jacket to order. I was pleased with it when it arrived, especially the detachable collar. Fortunately my son said it was a good choice, and was impressed that it was specially made in Pakistan. Delivery took a little longer than I expected because it was not in stock in the UK, but it looks like it will last years.
