I ordered the submariner jacket for my husband. Good communication re measurements. After a week received email to say jacket was on way with a tracking link. Clicked on link and there was no trace of my number. Decided to wait and see, though slightly concerned. However, after a couple of days the jacket arrived. It was beautifully packaged and it is great! Lovely soft leather, fits perfectly and nice and warm too. Am thinking of buying again as it was a good experience and a good price. Would recommend.

After an initial hesitation as you are never to sure what overseas companies are going to be like I proceded with the order. So glad I did. The jacket is excellent well fitting(they emailed me and doubled checked my size) a quality is good. Promptly dispatched

Excellent customer service, they make sure you ordered the right size, great quality/price ratio, just one point they should mention about the delivery fees, although it's free shipping, customs duties are covered by the client.

Not at all happy with this. Company writes ads like its based in Britain but its not. I sent an email asking advice as to which size to order with my exact measurements and was told to go ahead with xl so i ordered the brown raf bomber jacket with sheepskin in xl. I was sent a confirmation email and another email asking me to check sizes so I replied with the same measurements I'd already given and was told it's fine. The tracking number I recieved was to a broken link which was the first alarm bell that something wasn't right. I emailed hawk and bull and when I got sent another tracking link it showed my package coming from Pakistan. That was alarm bell number 2. When item arrived in Britain it was sent with dx delivery instead of DHL as advertised whom I'd had no experience with. This was a nightmare in itself as getting hold of anyone from them was a pain to make sure getting delivered right. After several online chats and phone calls my package arrived screwed up in a ball inside a plastic bag. Alarm number 3. The bag zip came off when opened and paperwork (which wasn't from hawk and bull) said the ltem was worth 60 dollars when it cost me 139 pounds. Alarm number 4. The coat looked of relatively decent quality but was nowhere near big enough as I couldn't do it up or move in it. This is after discussing my measurements with the company twice! And now the return policy is I have to pay to return the coat with all labels but it never arrived with any labels or even branding/manufacturer labels inside the coat. So it's gonna cost me postage to pay for their mistake as I was wrongly advised on size to order. I have yet to recieve a reply about a return but were very quick to tell me to place an order. Absolute farce, not at all happy with purchase. I will be asking for a full refund including return postage as the whole item was misadvertised and miadvised for sizing. Absolutely horrible experience and frankly seems like a scam. Avoid this seller at all costs, save your money and heartache. After informing hawk and bull that the jacket does not fit, isn't the same colour and is of sub standard quality they have not supplied a return address and are "offering" me only 25% of my money back to and I quote, "save us both time and money". Absolutely disgrace of a company when they advertise as 30 day money back guarantee. This is their mistake as the misadvised me on sizes twice and are bow holding my money to ransom. The number they provide as a contact number is also bogus and doesn't connect. I reiterate, not at all a trust worthy company. Do not shop with these thieves.

I purchased RAF Mens Leather Light Brown Bomber Jacket With Fur Collar, I emailed them as regards of sizing as my measurments didn't tally with sizes available...they suggested I go for 2xl. Within 5 days of dispatch the coat arrived in perfect condition and fits great. Is beautiful and warm and the customer experience was excellent.

I ordered a new jacket from y'all and wasn't happy with it , I sent in the measurements like you asked and the jacket came as noted on the tracking sheet but the jacket was extremely tight and short around the waist, unable to wear it, very disappointed 😑 was very nervous about ordering on line and now I see why

I ordered a faux leather jacket for my son and was asked to supply measurements which I did. The jacket fits perfectly and is really good quality. I was able to track this order from beginning to delivery. The jacket did have a very strong odour on arrival which is now fading but they reassured me that this is normal. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to buy more items in the future.

I received my coat on Jan 4th. Looks great, and I saw nothing wrong with it. I ordered a 4x size, because that is what I wear. Everything fits me. The coat however did not fit me very well. The arm length is perfect, but I can't zip the coat up. I will be able to wear it when some weight comes off. But everything I already wear still fits me perfectly. I was asked to supply measurements, because of the large size I was ordering. If you are asked to supply measurements. Better to do it.

A great product made with thick leather. The service was also very good, receiving my jacket in 6 working days to the UK.
