The product and customer support are absolutely 1st class, however, if you are a hobbyist or retired person and are ordering anything between 1 and 6 lightweight small items the shipping costs do seem to be somewhat high at £8.75 +VAT =£10.50 before you have even purchased the goods. That's OK for companies and small businesses that require fast delivery and get the VAT back. For individuals like myself, my suggestion is that at checkout an alternative shipping cost is made available that offers a slightly longer shipping time of maybe 3-5 days. at a lower price. I would greatly appreciate your feedback on my suggestion. Thank you

Love the new E3D Revo nozzles. Purchase was smooth, shipping was immediate and the product arrived packaged really well. Installation doc was great, followed the instructions and was able to install the new nozzle on my Pursa i3 Mk3s+. I did run into 1 issue with the PTFE tubing. Cutting it to length was not hard, but getting the chamfered edge on the tube proved challenging. I think this process makes sense if you have multiple different tubing lengths required, having the customer do the tube cutting, but if you know the tube should be 10mm above the top of the heatsink, maybe you should provide a pre-made product to remove this error prone step for customers.

Can you get a better shipping company? I called FedEx asking where my shipment was and they said it's not our problem - contact your seller. My package is lost in customs and no one will help me.

I placed my order on January 11th and chose Royal Mail. On January 31st, Royal Mail said "Sender preparing item". The package arrived February 11th. The part quality is as expected, thanks.

I was very impressed with how quickly I received the shipment. (United States - North Dakota). I ordered a number of nozzles, and some nozzle cleaning filament. I replaced my old nozzle today, for the first time (I'd used PETG and had trouble going back to PLA with it). Changing out the nozzle did the trick. I'm looking forward to using the new diameters and the hardened nozzles. Prices were a little higher than I'd hoped, but I would definitely buy from again.

Les têtes d'impressions REVO sont trop bien. Installé sur ma MK3S+ MMU, les résultats sont impeccable. Plus de problème lors des changements de fils lors de l'impression (multi-matériaux). J'avais toujours une appréhension avant changer de taille de buse. Maintenant que ça ce fait à froid et sans outils, j'en change tous le temps x). Et c'est tellement pratique !

When I ordered the 0.6mm nozzles I was expecting they'd be delivered in a week or so (to the US) but then was notified of the Royal Mail cybersecurity incident and that international mail to the US was indefinitely delayed. But I was extremely impressed and pleased when notified that e3d had taken things into hand and changed shippers to FedEx. I got my nozzles in less than a week! You guys are great!

Avoid as all Cost! Have a HeaterCore from E3D that seriously failed and has created a fire.. Also Failed to deliver an order that was placed on the 6th October of last year, and would not answer my emails, claiming a story of a problem with the coating and promised order would be sent out on the 5th december and then took a week to provide a reason why the that was totally staged claiming there was a problem.. any company would of known weeks before hand that there was a problem. And they could not tell customer then They take payment for preorders before the item are dispatched I requested a reason on the 19th asking for an update and they send a email back that they refunded the item I told them I will not accept a refund as I would lost my place for the new nozzle They failed to provide real update of what is happening To me this looks like a way of stopping a failed and defected product to refund anyone that contacts them about it If I wanted a refund I would of said "can I have a refund please" Also they have hotend that they known where faulty and kind of dangerous due to serious overheating . A number of youtuber have had this problem. I personally had one failed on me and it heated above 500deg C as the thermocouple giving forced readings All the heater cores should of been recalled Had Harmera extruder that never worked right always locking up and the tube connector was alway coming off on every print Customer service has no respect for customer E3D also has a discord server that has unqualified and none employees running which is totally unprofessiona I contacted e3d on 20th and wanted to make a complaint about the person and was told that no one was available and I found out that the person that was on the call was the person that canceled my order, I can see why they would not put me through and told me they miss read the email Update I have again contacted E3D as they have failed to give a good solid reason why a member of the company refunded my order and they fail to allow the complaint to be forwarded the the founder/director of E3D E3D disrespect customer that make complaints

The company tries to do the best in order to satisfy the customer's needs. It would be interesting if the company could also sell the printable parts, so that if the printer is out of order, everything can be ordered without problems.

Awesome products and awesome support. Had to deal with aftersales due to some very odd behavior regarding my HeaterCore and it has gone flawlessly. Super fast and extremely clear responses which lead to a good experience in troubleshooting and exchanging. Very good comprehension and cooperation. Always happy to see when aftersales service is as good as the product themselves, it is super important especially in the tech industry field. Can only recommend e3d for anything 3D printing related as my other E3D products (Hemera & Revo Nozzle) are working as beautifully as they should :)
