An amazing company! I get everything I need from e3d. I accidentally ordered a Hemera XS without knowing the motor was smaller, I wish that was clearer on the website.

Yet again I return to E3D with another order. Superb website, great customer support and the products speak for themselves, amazing quality, true engineering and always flawless.

Just purchased a RapidChange REVO extruder for my printer. I'm very pleased: straightforward to install with excellent online step by step instructions. Once installed I printed out a few models with very good results. The fact that I can now also swap nozzle sizes without tools or need to recalibrate means I'll be doing so a lot more often. Very fast delivery of the item from E3D also.

Ordered from Germany and then noticed there was a Royal Mail strike going on as well as potential issues with customs due to Brexit. Told E3D that I would like to cancel the order and and get the E3D product I wanted from a seller here in Germany. Painless cancellation and refund.

Pedí el 5 de diciembre, a 29 de diciembre aún no ha salido el paquete de UK estando en stock los artículos. Ha habido en estos 24 días 4 días de huelga en royal mail, no es excusa. Hasta aquí igual no es todo culpa de la empresa, pero cuando les contacto me mandan un copy&paste diciendo que hasta que pasen 35 DÍAS HÁBILES no pueden hablar con la empresa de transporte, que si quiero busque las piezas en otros sitios. Pagué 20 EURAZOS de gastos de envío entre UK y España. Edit: Answering E3D. I have tried to talk with your support several times. It’s impossible to speak with them, they only gives you copy&paste templates. I gave up with you.

No status update nor order raised for over a week. Disappointed.

Fast delivery and a UK company

Great products and great checkout experience with the online store. My only issue is the out of stock items during the Christmas season. I really wanted that obxidian nozzle, a bit disappointed, but E3D is a great site.

Love the new Revo nozzles. So much nicer. Worth the expense.

What can I say. Nailed it..... I own a CR-6 SE and the hotend died. As most would have done I searched online for the "best hotend" needless to say e3d came up top. Obviously the next step is check reviews and this left me pondering why. Why is their even a split decision on e3d and e3d clones. Sorry to say but our American friends seem to favour the clone. But, seeing e3d are British I'm from the UK and we must stand together. I bought the e3d v6. Omg this thing is insane with no problems at all. I like the don't breathe part in the manual it made me laugh. And the fact you don't use evri... Thank god. Had to print some mounts and then had to print better mounts using the v6 :) now it's eating petg for dinner every hour every day. True workhorse Great engineering with great customer support. I wish you all the best and hope whatever you do next fits my printer.

Prices are reasonable but let down by dispatching on time. Next day delivery was paid for and ordered in time for their despatch window yet it wasn't dispatched until the next day. I'm afraid I won't use again, especially when paying a premium for dispatch & delivery and not receiving when needed. In reply to E3D's reply.... I'll repeat what I originally posted, you did not dispatch until the next day! No weather conditions or royal mail strike would have affected that! Very poor customer service!

E3D Is such a great manufacturer to deal with and I would highly recommend them.
