I ordered a week ago, but still nothing arrived. I can not operate my printer without these spare parts. I regret buying at E3D, because any alternative solution would have been quicker to arrive at my doorstep. I think you should have an EU soil warehouse to dispatch parts. Addendum: it's 18 december, two weeks down the line, nothing received, still waiting. Finally: Its 22 december goods arrived, had to pay €10 customs for a €17 order. Regret, regret, regret.

So far, very bad experience. Not the products or company, but how they ship it to the US. Instead of just putting a shipping number into a web site, like USPS, FedEx, or UPS, RoyalMail makes you download an app. on your phone to track one package. And it's a horrible app. Six days after purchase, one screen on the app. says the package wasn't shipped yet, another screen says it's at a "processing center" and yet another screen says it was "delivered 2 hours ago" but today is Sunday, and NO package outside. But the fact E3D is asking for a review, has me believing THEY think it was delivered.

Ordered my Revo hot end and all nozzles to go with my Prusa printer and received it on the other side of the world in a timely manner. I would have liked to add the Obxidian nozzles at the same time to save on shipping however they were not available. Hopefully those will be available soon since I like to try printing with different materials. I have only used Nozzle X and am sad to have removed it from my printer however I am now using my Revo upgrade and its printing nicely. I am also sad to find out that your co-founder passed away a year ago. I was wondering why there were no new videos from him on Youtube lately. I hope E3D will not replace but find someone great to be an enthusiastic face for E3D soon.

Aloha, I looked into the E3D direct drive and went ahead and bought 3 of them for my Anycubic Chiron and both of the Anycubic X printers. After trying to find a mount for the machines, no luck there, so I got lineral rails and designed mounts for all three. After mounting everything up on the printers, doing prints with all three printers, boy what a surprise on how well the prints came out, better than the machines set up that came with the printers. so far I'm still printing things that look as they came out of a mold, smooth and hardly any lines in the print finament of the part.though I had some problems with the tips of the hot end pluging up, and seems that with the tip running along the print bed, even though I leveled the bed with a sheet of paper, the hot end still touched the bed. so after tinkering with the level knobs, raising the hot end, I found that using three sheets of paper, seem to help and I find that manual leveling is more better than letting the machine do the leveling. So in turn I ordered ten more .04 tips, and they came with in threedays from the UK, and that was service, from that distance, here to Hawaii. I am very HAPPY with the direct drive and the east of changing the tips, very easy and no tools. I hope every one that has this setup is happy with it. The product is GREAT, mahalo (thank you)

I bought my Revo V6 a few days before black Friday, then their black Friday sale happened where you saved 20% off everything. Since I hadn't recieve the product yet (It was still being shipped), I asked if I could get the 20% I would have saved during the sale as store credit. That was not possible, they wanted me to purchase it again, and send the other one back when I received it. So I had to pay for shipping thrice... This company really lost all my respect during this interaction, and a product I was excited to receive now just leave me with a sour taste in my mouth
