I just now realize how much of a hassle changing nozzles was. Remove filament, heat up routine, use two types of wrenches without causing a thermal runaway exception (thermal mass is fascinating), reload filament. That's just so much easier now with Revo. ObXidian ads abrasive materials and much less gunk around the nozzle tip to the equation. I can't wait to order larger nozzle sizes to be able to print abrasives with coarser additives.

Shipping was as quick as it can be considering post-Brexit customs requirements. Parts are of high quality - genuine Gates belts and idlers. Parts are performing as expected.

I purchased a Revo micro hot end as an upgrade for my Prusa mini +, and I couldn't be happier with the product. The V2 mount for the Prusa Mini printed easily with a default G code provided on printables.com, installation took approximately 1.5 hours, and after booting the printer up with a newly installed Revo hot end, I was able to immediately begin printing. The hot end works very well, and nozzle changes are so much easier and faster.

Sensibly packaged in cardboard with almost no plastic. Nice. Minor thing, but it would be nice if it included a QR code or URL to the installation instructions - save a bit of searching and wondering if what I found is the latest guide or not. Delivery took a few days, which surprised me as I’m in the U.K. same as E3D. I’ve gotten really used to 1-2d for delivery, not 4-5.
