I ordered a Revo Six for my Prusa Mk3S+ and some Revo nozzles. I found E3D's installation video and documents easy to use and the installation went well. One mistake--which I should share the blame for--was that I shoved the extruder motor with drive gear back into the printer without releasing the idler gear (the video didn't point out that this could be a problem), so the drive gear got displaced axially toward the motor, meaning I was driving filament with the spur gear teeth, not the intended hobbed part of the drive gear. This made the extrusion look periodic and nonuniform and had me worried about a nozzle clog. Once I checked and fixed the axial position of the drive gear on the extruder motor shaft, all was well again. Now, I am very happy with the performance of my Revo Six and the new capabilities it has added to my Prusa Mk3S+ printer such as faster nozzle heating and nozzle changes at 50 C temperature. I also like that E3D has part files on Printables.com for Revo nozzle storage.

The site was easy to order from, well layed out with plenty of information about the products. Item came well packaged and was delivered extremely quickly. The nozzle i purchased was exactly as described and is a pleasure to use.

bought nozzles off e3d and they made a big difference i would definatley postage is expensive if you buying say 1 nozzle but i recommend e3d

Package came after 6 days and cost me 27€ in customs fees in addition to the 10€ I already paid for shipping. I had to pay 6€ extra because DHL paid the 21€ fee in my stead. There was no warning about customs fees and, more importantly, no way to pay the fee beforehand to prevent the 6€ bonus fee from DHL. The product itself seems to be fine, judging from the first few prints. The first 0.4mm brass nozzle I used was clogged after about two hours though...

Ordered some silicone boots for my printer and also phoned technical support about another issue. The guy I spoke to was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with his advice - customer service is best I've come across

This company was too stingy and arrogant to include hey M3x3 mm grub screw in a £20 gear.

Upgrade for ancient hot end went smoothly. I just got a bowden tube with tighter tolerances and a heat block sock. Both which were not available years ago when I originally bought my hot end. Even shipping across the ocean it arrived quite fast.

Got the revo cr, very nice product! Good instructions for mounting and settings. UP and running in about 30 minutes. On an Ender 5 pro.
