zunächst wird iim Shop die Verfügbarkeit des Playseats in der Standardversion angegeben, dann kommt die Nachricht, leider sei der Artikel vergriffen. Ob man gegen Aufpreis ein teureres Modell wünsche. Trotz Bedenken wegen der Größe, ich hatte extra daraufhin gewiesen, dass ich groß und kräftig bin, kommt nach meinem Widerruf das Angebot, den teureren Sitz zum gleichen Preis zuliefern. Der kommt dann, ist aber wie befürchtet viel zu eng. Auf meine Anfrage zur Rückgabe kommt dann die Nachricht, ich müsse den Seitz auf eigen Kosten wieder zurück in die Niederlande schicken: knapp 30 Euro! Das habe ich dann gemacht, warte aber mittlerweile seit 14 Tagen auf die Rückerstattung. Angeblich kann man das Paket nicht finden, obwohl GLS einen eindeutigen Liefernachweis hat. Nach der Drohung mit dem Anwalt und einer schlechten Bewertung kommt dann endlich doch eine Reaktion: die Erstattung sei "in progress", mal sehen, ob ich mein Geld wiedersehe. update: habe am 03.01. noch mal mit Anwalt gedroht, keine Reaktion, kein Geld. Werde meine Forderung auf Rückzahlung nun dem Anwalt übergeben.

Seit geschlagenen 6 Tagen warte ich nun auf meinen evolution pro....mit 48 Stunden Lieferzeit weltweit wird geworben....leider bin ich jetzt schon genervt...hoffentlich lohnt sich das Warten denn mit dem challenge war ich leider nicht zufrieden.

The Playseat "Challenge" was a christmas present for my husband. It was well received and he doesn't want to miss it anymore. We use it together with the PS5 and the Logitech G923 set. The screws to attach the steering wheel fits perfectly. We are very satisfied with it. Thank you very much. Delivery was very fast too.

Maak je niet moe door naar hun klantenservice in NL te bellen, dit zal je enkel frustratie opleveren en geen antwoorden MAAR, Stuur een mail in geval van schade en je zult even geduld moeten hebben Je zal zowiezo geholpen worden, ik had schade aan mijn playseat(fabriek fout) en heb het uiteindelijk nog vrij snel op kerstmis mijn formule playseat lekker kunnen gebruiken. Ik was een beetje in paniek, maar blijf kalm Je word geholpen en het is allemaal te vertrouwen , vooral Jesse heeft me via mail uitstekend verder geholpen

Rien à redire, très bonne qualité pour le prix. Très pratique et s'adapte bien avec mon T300 RS. Seul petit bémol au niveau de l'attache pour le pédalier qui n'est pas très adapté pour le pédalier, mais ce n'est pas gênant pendant l'utilisation.
