We just placed an order with Playseat and I must say they have fantastic customer service. The customer Service Representative was very helpful with the order and transaction. There was an issue with the USD matching up with the Euros they needed to complete the order and he helped me figure it out so we could get our order in. I would recommend just for the customer service! Playseat also had our item in stock and was able to ship, where as the other store we tried to get it at was on backorder with no expected ship date.

The quality of my Playseat and TV stand is outstanding. I was very impressed with the steel parts. They look expensive, strong, heavy, and well crafted. Instructions are straightforward. The finished setup looks and feels as if the people who made it did it for themselves. I definitely recommend the Playseat setup for a flight or space simulator. The shopping experience was good. I received a well packaged intact product on time.

Also ich finde die Firma Playseat sehr gut und habe bist jetzt nur gutes erfahren. Der Support hat mich sehr überzeugt. Nicht nur das wir uns sehr gut verstanden haben sondern auch das meine Fragen immer sehr gut Beantwortet wurden und mir genau das Produkt Empfohlen worden ist was für meine Bedürfnisse am besten passt. Bei dieser Bewertung geht es mir nicht explizit um die 100€ sondern will gerne euch meine Positiven Worte zukommen lassen da man solche Worte/Bewertungen gerne hören will um noch besser zu werden. Natürlich sind die 100€ ein sehr schönen Zusatz Geschenk um noch weitere sehr gute Produkte bei euch zu kaufen :) Ich würde sagen es ist ein sehr gutes Konzept. Ist ja ein Win Win für jeden. Although the item I wanted was delayed due to no fault of theirs. Whenever I checked in with them their response was almost immediate and when it was finally shipped their representative Hans took the time to send me the tracking number as soon as he got it. Great company to deal with, now just have to be patient to receive my order lol.

I got the f1 pro playseat, feels sturdy and comfortable, i am 6feet tall 190lbs and it feels comfortable to me. I did need a second person a couple of times to help me put it together, the holes dont always line up but with one person holding and the other putting the screw in it was easy to put together. Im very happy with my purchase, it is expensive but looks very sleek and smooth in my game room and the build quality is good overall. I would buy it again.

Well, I’ve bought my Playseat sensation pro from Playseatstore. I sent an email to them coz needed some questions about their new model. Hans replied quite fast and helped me to find my seat. Unfortunately, they had no seats in stock but they were constantly updating me with feedback. Then finally, when my seat was in their warehouse, they sent it so quick that I wasn’t home yet when they delivered it. Playseat Sensation pro is a great rig, high quality, very strong. The 2021 model got some new adjustments for the wheels so are the new pedal stand. Just still disappointed about one point, the pedal stand got many many positions available but still, the GT position is still not available. Anyway, I rate 5 stars for Playseatstore as I highly recommend to buy Playseats products from them.

I bought my driving seat a few days ago now, and I'm very happy about it. My order experience was great. I ordered on Wednesday afternoon, it was here on the Tuesday, with a nice package. In fact, it was due on Monday, but the delivery company had an issue with my address information, PlayseatStore contacted me to help fix it (even if it was already done). The installation is a little painful, that's not so easy to assemble it, then to do the setup so everything is at the good place. But after all, you need to do it only once! And that's the price to have a high-level of customization. About the seat now! Before, it was always painful to play with my Thrustmaster steering wheel, I was not properly positionned. Now, I'm well installed, the steering wheel is properly set, at the good heigh, and the pedals are staying in place. My back is well placed, and that's very stable and confortable, even for long session (2 hours+). My cat adopted it the first night, he loves to sleep on it, a cat can't lie! And I don't have a lot of place, and that's possible to put it on a corner, thanks to the floor mat, avoiding to damage my floor. I would recommend it for any gamer who like to be well seated to race!
